INTRODUCTION
The classroom study helps all individuals to enhance their knowledge
and skills that further helps in future to gain more success and growth in the
life. While attending the lectures it reflects a lot of knowledge and there is
the development of skills either academic or professionals (Gutwill, 2015).
With the help of this process, people a lot of opportunities and challenges
that back falls the performance and it overall helps the person to measure
the success in their life. This report will shows the critical reflection on the
development of an individual as a learner and the reflection on how to
approach future challenges and expectations of a course of university.
TASK 1
How a person developed as a learner
There is a lot of competition in the market and in order to gain success
and development it is mandatory that individual develops their own skills
and knowledge on continuous basis. Some of the peoples also takes several
classes in order to develop more knowledge in a particular period and it
enhances the abilities that helps to achieve the target effectively. As to
developed the learning skills I prefer to take education and thus I take an
admission in BUKS university that is UK affiliated institute. I have taken
admission in foundation year and from there I learn about the knowledge and
creativity. In order to gain more knowledge communication plays a vital role
as it is the most important part while making an interaction with other
peoples. It is the integral part of the university as the lecturer also try to
develop the listening and speaking abilities (Livingstone, 2019). In order to
develop the communication and learning skills the teachers uses to present
the theory in-front of the listeners.
Thus while taking admission in this course, I get to know about the
different factors as how to get talk with others by which effective
communication takes place. After that I understand the role of listening and
understanding and then I try to communicate with the people by inserting

more efforts and try to first listen what others want to say and they reply as
per the detailing. On the other hand, teachers also try to communicate more
with the students and conduct different activities that motivates the
individual to develop their interest and enhances their participation (Smith,
2016). Teachers performs different task as like conduct a activity in which
different roles has been assigned to every individual and they have to
perform their role with more sufficiency that develops the quality of
professionalism. This all helps me a a lot to develop more skills in mine and
also develops my personality as well.
These type of tasks and activities has positive impact on the
development of skills in each individual and changes the person effectively.
Here I not only develops my communication skills but also develops my
interpersonal skills as well. I measures that my writing skills will also
develops and a lot of thoughts has been generated in my mind that
enhances my creative skills. Lecturers helps us to develops our grammatical
skills too and make rights sentences with proper use of grammar or tenses
(Livingstone, 2019). I also get to learn about the writing skills and that
reflects the best fragmentation of sentences that develops both reading and
writing abilities. University also teaches us different chapters through digital
technologies that is easy to develop the remembrance power. That all helps
me to overcome from every situations with an ease and perfection and also
motivates me to accept different challenges.
TASK 2
Approaches for future challenges and expectations of university course
After the completion of my course from the BUKS university, I have
developed myself on both the levels as like professional and personal. I
formulated my abilities and skills that helps to communicate with the
peoples, imparts more creativity and flexibility in my work, inserts more
confidence and zeal to perform all the task in effective manner. These all
abilities helps me to make my career even more brighter and It also helps

me to work in well organised company. I will operate and manage all my
functions and roles in appropriate manner and more creativity that
differentiate my work from the others. It imparts the managerial as well as
leadership ability in mine by which I challenge myself and try to face and
overcome from different situations. As like if company implements some
changes within the organisation then this abilities helps to enhance my
performance and also motivates others to achieve their target on timely
basis (McAndrews, 2018). And anytime if different situations induces I always
try to solve that by implementing different tactics and achieve more success
and fame in future.
In addition to this the skills and fundamentals that I learned from my
university assist me to work in flexible manner. I learned how to be clam at
every situations and works with more ease always try to listen other first by
which equal and balanced will be formed and other person also try to
understand different factors with relaxedness. I learned from my teachers
that ethical behaviour helps to maintain balance in life either it is personal or
professional. My teachers always teach me as how to grab the attention of
others while making strong connection. It enhances the participation and
both the parties try to convinces themselves in more effective manner
(Sager, 2019). With the help of this fundamental I have always make a
strong relation with all colleagues and friends and that is the biggest reason
behind the success that I achieve in my complete life. In addition to this,
while studying in classrooms teachers provides the real life examples that
develops the relatability and connectivity. Along with this, it helps to develop
the better workplace in which positive environment is developed in which
effective decisions has been made that imparts effectiveness within the
business. And with the help of these activities I lead to become that much
successful person and implement better use of leadership and management
skills to develop my future.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from the above report that development of skills
and knowledge is very much important while gaining success in daily life. In
order to develop these skills I have improved my academic and professional
skills by taking admission on certifies university. It helps me to grab different
opportunities that has been generated in daily life routine and make my
future even more brighter.
