INTRODUCTION
There are various skills which are needed through person at the time of entering into the
professional career from academic area. Prepare for the success is interactive web learning tool
for the students. Experience as well as skills both are helpful in explaining in clear manner about
the main needs through professionals for the personal development (Hossinger, Chen and
Werner, 2020). Professional career academic area needs the continuous learning about the
different skills. Present reflection is all about explaining journey regards to the corporate skills
and also different future steps which aids to attain set objectives within mention time period.
REFLECTION
Developed as a learner during this module, giving examples from your experience on the module
During this module I have gained information and knowledge regarding different
elements that is significant for increasing my capabilities and potential. It is crucial for a person
to correctly analyse and evaluate different elements of the module in order to enhance learning
experiences (Lammers and Ferrari, 2020). I have determined that learning through this module
will be significant for increasing my potential and understanding regarding different aspects. It is
very important for a person to focus on their personal goals along with this develop capabilities
and skills. It has been analysed that information gained through this module will be significant
for personal as well as professional goals. As a learning I have enhanced communication skill
through this module and I have analysed importance of strong communication capabilities for a
person. Communication skill can be describe as the potential of a person to convey message and
ideas in more effective manner so that receiver gets complete information. Communication is
two way process in which is successfully completed once receiver of the message understand the
meaning as well as responded in accurate manner. Through this I have determined that
communication skill play significant role in successfully and effectively carry out practices of
personal as well as professional aspects. This is significant for in developing strong and better
relationship with others as well as carry out required practices in more accurate manner.
Communication skill includes different elements such as speech, vocabulary, sound, language,
pitch and so on (Adeyemi and Issa, 2020). All of these are important for conveying message and
idea in significant manner as well as improving communication capabilities. During this module
my teacher has suggested different aspects of communication that is effective for developing

better and accurate relationship with others. I have determined that there are different ways and
approaches which are significant for developing strong communication capabilities and potential.
Through this I have understand that there are number of factors that will have influence over
communication process along with this capabilities of a person to convey message in more
significant manner. This module has provided me proper guidance and direction for improve
communication skills as well as communicate in better or appropriate manner. With the
development of communication skills and potential I have increased problem solving skills. I
have determined that through better and effective communication capabilities I will be able to
successfully resolve issues (Bellomo and et.al., 2020). I am able to provide better and accurate
solutions to the problems and this will reflect over my relationship with others. I have gain
understanding and knowledge regarding different aspects which will be significant for
successfully and effectively perform personal and professional practices.
Approach the future challenges and expectations of a university course
In future unprecedented shifts, education is most necessary in managing challenges. With
the automated, the fluid and digitized job markets, higher education system is becoming more
incompatible with future that I am looking towards. There are different number of the challenges
which I will be faced in the future while I will begin my course. In the University, there are
different expectations from students like formal communication (Oppenheimer and et. al., 2020)
. I required to be work on fear stage and time management as there are various subjects were
considered in the my course. In university, courses are flexible because there are more changes
present in the external environment. There is a demand for students about the quick and flexible
adapt change in order to teaching the methodologies. Such kind of the changes can be need for
the online classes because of the COVID-19 pandemic situation as there is a need to maintain the
physical distance (Binh and Nguyen, 2020).
Expectations of professors at University from me were increased as I did the better in the
my class. They mainly expected to make the presentation and also fear stage was better ability
that I required. To work on presentation skill, I began to presenting the information to my friends
and then they will provide the honest review to me. I analyse all my skills and also decided to be
work on time management. I can improve this skills by developing the time management plan. In
this manner, I assure that I am properly equipped with necessary experience and skills in order to
deal with the future expectations as well as challenges (Musa, 2020).

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded from above mention report that success at University can be
possible by make improvement in the abilities and skills of an individual. This is important that
the person are working on continuous basis on improving the abilities as well as skills to develop
or improve them in an effective manner. They work in keep the self analysis about weaknesses
and strengths that will permit them with different chances to be develop personally and
professionally in the future context.
