INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is the process of the learning in which the individual person shares the
learning experiences from the situation. In the reflective learning the individual person describes
overall learning from the recalling of the experiences. With the assistance of reflective learning
the scholar develops the skills as well as improve the knowledge (Adeani, Febriani and
Syafryadin, 2020).
The present report is based on the individuals learning in which the learner shares the values and
the belief. The aim of this report is to determine the skills and knowledge of the individual
acquired from the personal experience. The study will highlight the model of the reflection that
is Gibbs and knobs reflective model. Furthermore, the report will examine the role of feedback
and feedforward in the education which improve the performance of the learner. The formative
and summative assessment improve by evaluating the performance of individual person
themselves. In the formative as well summative assessment the criteria should be clear to
perform better next time.

Description: I am a student and acquiring knowledge through educating myself in order to
obtain the best career path. In context to that I attained the learning the learning classes from the
business school. From the assessment the teacher provide instruction for providing the
guidance’s to me and other members presented in the classrooms. While teacher teaching us, I
gain lots of information about different types of skills which is essential for dealing with the
forthcoming challenges( Kelton 2019) .
Feeling: while I was attending the lectures, I feel so confident because I was preparing good base
for myself and developing my personality. Along with I also feel like I should ask the question
from the teacher in order to clear my doubt and the teacher did it. Due to that I feel like I am
having the helping hand in making my career better and I become more enthusiastic to learn
continuously.
Evolution: at that time, I feel satisfied and having having nostalgic feeling because something is
going very well and something I determine as the negative. At that time, I acquire the knowledge
and the skills is the positive thing. At the same time, I got negativity too as everyone is

Analysis: from the situation of the learning, I analysed my strength that I have the good skills
that will help me in managing the function of the organisation in effective as well as efficient
manner. I have good analytical skills, communication skills, problem solving skills. On the other
hand, my weakness that need to improve is the time management skills.
Conclusion: form the lectures or the assessment I have learned about the human resources
management function in which I build my career. Along with that I identified the elements which
need to considered for building the human resources as my career path. Lastly, I concluded that I
will develop my personality of learning and act.
Action plan: in order to enhance my skill, I will try to improve my time management skills by
bifurcating the task in the short part and set alarm or time period to complete the task. It will
require 2 to 3 weeks to in completely adopting this habit.

path. The teacher apricate me for having the good communicational skills and commented that it
will make good leader. My experience in the learning process is good as the instructor asked to
perform the group activity and I done very well ( Morris, 2020). In rider to feedforward the
mentor suggest me that the leadership and the human resources department I s suitable for me
that I can considered as the great future motivation to improve my learning. Along with that I
evaluated that Ivan perform my jo b role better in the future if I implement the feedforward
successfully in my life. Due to the feedback and feedforward, I can make continuous progress in
the forthcoming time period.
