INTRODUCTION
This report is going to reflect upon the individual learning theory and reflection. Learning
is a continuous process which carries out throughout the life of an individual. There are many
experiences which take place in day to day life whether in educational or professional level
(Singh, Rowan, and Allen, 2019). This report is going to apply Gibbs reflective model to
evaluate about own experience of learning and at last an action plan for future development.

Gibbs reflective model:
This model elaborates the whole experiences of the event and evaluate the need for
improvement:
Description: In my own experience of team work when I and my team members were
involved in group presentations. In which, we need to research on a single topic and present own
thoughts through PPT slides. So that, as being a leader I need to assess the knowledge of each
member to divide the work among them for which in find some difficulties and make them
learn about the concept. As learning is the most crucial aspect for an individual which takes
place in different manner. Every individual is different from one another which reflect different
behaviour while learning things. Valuing people, As I was concerned about the behaviour and
attitude of different individual towards learning which shows that, I value others perspective and
then come to a decision.
Feeling: in order to distribute the work as per knowledge and behaviour of individuals, I
felt quite tensed as every individual wants to take the easy task and no one was ready to
participate in volunteer (Cunliffe, and Easterby-Smith, 2017). At that time, I felt helpless and
tried much to make them understand about the essence of team work i.e. coordination. As per
Humanism This theory believes on the need of individual. Simply. An individual learns to fulfil
its self-actualisation needs as it works as a motivation for them.
Evaluation: From this exercise, I evaluated that there is need to know each individual
behaviour and make them learn about doing tasks. I prepared list of activities to boost their
knowledge and improve their cognitive thinking. As per Behaviourism theory, the thinking and
learning capacity of individual is depends on their behaviour. How external factors makes

This behaviour shows that Passion for learning, I am passionate about my work as I always
looks for correcting my mistakes and learning new things which boost my knowledge (Fenwick,
and Tennant, 2020).
Analysis: It has analysed that, in my experience I need to develop many soft skills and
good interactive behaviour to make my team indulge in group tasks. As per Cognitive learning
theory It shows the thinking ability of an individual is affected with many factors. How an
individual think in different aspects of life depends upon their surrounding.
Conclusion: From my own experience, I made on conclusion about preparing myself for
good team work skills. As per Constructive learning theory, This individual thinking make them
learn from st experiences. They amplify knowledge as per prevailing experiences which increase
their new knowledge. The behaviour shows that, Decisions as per different situation, I always
make decisions after analysing the criteria through different aspects. As it helps me to take
decision with end-to end relevancy.
Action plan: I will more focus on good communication skills, creative thinking, being
patient and avoid procrastination.
As per my own reflection on the experience of group presentation, there are three key
