Introduction
With the ramified economic condition, management department needs to use proper
motivational theories and management structure program to strengthen the overall outcomes
of the business. In this essay, I have analyzed several motivational theories, role of
management, challenges and issues which have been faced by managers in managing the
employees. After that effective communication skills and development program have been
undertaken that will strengthen the overall quality of the business and establish the nexus
between the employee’s growth and organizational development. In the module, 1st
communication, time management and negotiation skills of the organization have been
analyzed which will strengthen the overall outcomes of the business. I have also analyzed
other management skills and work program which will strengthen the overall outcomes and
effective work functions of the business.
Analysis of the topic relevancies and its application
I have learned that in the module one there are several communication methods and
planning have been given which will add value to the work process of the organization and
also assists employees to work in the team. It will strengthen the work effectiveness and
increase the overall output of the business. I have also analyzed the time management intents
which will assist me to develop an action plan for the particular task. It will assist me to
undertake possible functions in the given time manner. I have also considered management
program which would assist in developing the analytical skills program and divergent
thinking in the particular work. I have learned that bifurcating the roles and responsibilities is
the key for the business success. It will lower down the complexity of the work functions in
effective manner (Altbach, and Knight, 2007).
After analysing the module-2, I learned the motivation theories, strategic planning and time
process work program. It has reflected that if I use proper motivational program and theories
in my work practice then I could easily influence others in the best possible manner. I have
learned that if I take proper possible actions and work program then I could easily identify
other influencing factors in my undertaken work. The strategic planning will assist me to
develop long term action plan which will add value for the better satisfaction and increased
business values (Augier, and Teece, 2009),. There are several other learning points which I
have undertaken such as strategic management functions, managing and coping with the

changes, team building and co-operations in the work program. I have found that all the work
undertaken should work as per the undertaken work and implemented strategic program. It is
analyzed that company faces several issues and program which will add value for the
undertaken work and strengthen the work program which will add value for the better
satisfaction and work program. These topics are very much relevant to me as the motivation
program, I could use to keep me and other motivated for the undertaken work. If I use proper
time management program then it will easily add value for the better work satisfaction. I have
analyzed that regular work assessment and proper control functions are very much required
for increasing the overall output of the work program (Rezaee, Sharbatoghlie, Elam, and
McMickle, 2018). It will not only strengthen the work functions program but also add value
for the better satisfaction level (Lim, Loo, and Lee, 2017).
My past experience related to this topic is based on my own class work management
program. I had to motivate other classmates to perform their work accordingly and strengthen
the work functions program
I have learned several things from both modules. However, the best part was to undertake
proper learning program, time management work skills and implemented functions which
could strengthen the proper work program. This leaning module will develop divergent
thinking and analytical work program which will add value for the better satisfaction and
increased value quality. If I use these analytical and strategic work programs in my own
working then it will help to avoid the possible issues and mistakes in my work. It will
strengthen the quality of the work program undertaken by me (Bartram, Cavanagh, and Hoye,
2017).
Conclusion
After analysing all the details shown in the both modules, it could be inferred that
using proper strategic planning and time management program could easily avoid the
possible issues and mistakes. I have considered that if the work is done by the team efforts
with the proper collaboration then it will add value in the undertaken work. Now in the end, it
could be inferred that I could use these learning skills and intents to avoid and encounter
possible mistakes and issues in my future work.
