INTRODUCTION
Learning is continuous process which require proper detailed attention and mind set. It is
important for individual to focus on their growth & development (Cole, 2020). Skill are important
in everyone life as they help in achieving of personal as well as professional career goals. In both
academic & professional career skill contribute at major level. In academic field also there is need
of skills & behaviour which are important for individual growth at both present as well as future
point of view. This report focuses on accessing to individual skills in future context. Through
analysing challenges as well as expectations, it is easy to use knowledge in field in proper manner.

In professional and academic field, it is important for individual to focus on growth and
development so that goals are achieve & good communication skills is key for it . As a learner I
have examined that, use of effective communication skills are very crucial for the successes in the
life, in the education as well as in the professional life. Communication is a way for the movement
of information from one person to other and some ability helps in the development of effective
communication expertise in individual, are listening, talking self steam, understanding, kind,
confidence, react in a right way, good voice, responsible, and so on. Then, developed all these
ability for effective communication in my educational and professional life, firstly started talking to
every one of my organization/college with respect and dignity by avoiding shyness, then tried to be
confident and talkative, talking to every one helps to gather more information and knowledge, my
confidence helps me to talk without hesitation, improved my listening ability because a good
listener can be good communicator there are the various stages of listening, (hearing, focus,
interpretation, analyse, respond, remember), listening help us to understand the, individual who's
talking and explaining something to us so that, we can easily give reply on that situation. I started
giving presentation in academic as well in professional life which helped me to become more
confident, for good presentation we need to improve are voice, have to analyse the need of the
audiences (Denfeld, 2020). Further, started taking responsibilities during my college time I used to
take more projects, helping other for their projects which in return aid me get response of others, to
create effective image. Convincing power is a outcome of good communication skills which is to be
used in proper manner. Kind and respectful behaviour is my key skill which wasn't require to
develop, this help me a lot to make good relationship with other there are the several barriers of
effective communication, encoding barriers, transmitting barriers, decoding barriers and responding

barriers and I faced all these barrier during the development of my communication skills. I faced
encoding barrier due to emotional interference, unconfident, insufficient knowledge, because those
time I was very shy, unconfident, so that it takes me to time to devolve my communication skills,
some other barriers are the lack of proper environment this condition is applicable to both
educational as well as professional or even personal life, for example lack of teachers in education
field, lack of the study material, improper guidance, not focusing on outdoor activities and in
organization barriers are improper facilitate that can be improper work explanation, lack of
activities, seminars, lake of support to the new employees. Thus, it is seen that it is essential to
have appropriate knowledge of skills & abilities which leads to accomplishing of goals.

Challenges and expectations are necessary to be focused by individual because they are
encountered at every stage of life. It is important to use best practices to deal with future challenges
& fulfil expectation. There are various types of ways through which future challenges can be
approaches which are increasing advanced knowledge in same field, developing mind set &
adapting with market trend, accessing to new information n on daily basis. There are various type
of future challenges such as uncertainty of events, occur of problems etc. These are needed to be
addressed in specific way. Moreover, correct way of approaches are required to be used so that
goals will be accomplished in proper manner without facing any risk or issue (Kaplonyi, 2017).
Further there are also various ways of approaching to expectations as by accessing to own
individual performance which leads to making aware one of strength & weakness so that
improvement is done accordingly. It is one of most effective way which can be used for
approaching to individual expectations. Also, expectations are needed to fulfilled in such a way that
goals are accomplished & skills are used in appropriate manner. Through analysis of my own skills
I have examined that it is crucial for me to improve my learning knowledge at consistent level so
that my objectives are achieved in most efficient way. Furthermore, to fulfil expectations it is easy
& necessary for me to enhance my communications skills so m professional expectations are being
fulfilled at all aspects (Legere, 2017).

CONCLUSION
After analysis of above report, it has been concluded that it is essential for a person to be
aware about individual performance, skills, behaviour so that decision making in personal as well
as professional life is taken accordingly. Further, decisions has been made about communication
skills, future challenges, expectations. It is evaluated that it is necessary to prepared in life so that
it become easy to make decisions in future context. Further, it is also analysed that with effective
decision making challenges & expectations are examined appropriately.
