INTRODUCTION
Personal experience helps to improve various key areas of the individual. It is a direct
experience of the individual. Learning and communicating online helps to identify various
strengths and weakness and improve the effective communication skills. There are various skills
which includes time management, effective communication and learning (Bennion, and et.al
2020). With the help of these skills the individual can capitalise on different career-oriented
opportunities in the future. This report aims to analyse about understanding how the skills
developed while indulging learning and communicating online. On the other hand, in this report
there will be brief discussion about the time management skill. This will help the individual to
manage different things in a systematic manner. Along with that there will be discussion about
another key challenge which includes Academic self-efficacy. It refers to the student’s beliefs
and values which help them to achieve academic success in the future. For further instance, in
this report there will be brief evaluation about Learning and communication online. There are
various new opportunities on which the individual can capitalise and become more effective. It
helps the individual to choose variety of courses and communicate with the teachers in a
systematic manner. The individual can grow a healthy relationship in order to enhance the
knowledge.
This essay is about my personal what are the different challenges which I had faced while
learning and communicating online. I had learn various concepts in the unit. I was experiencing
immense pressure even though I had studied the unit. This essay generally evaluates all the
progression and various objectives which includes various course objectives as well as social
constructivism, self-efficacy, learning and communication skills and key management skills.
After completing the assignments there are various improvements which I had achieved.
In order to upgrade my knowledge, I had to focus of the key areas which helps me to
capitalise on various career-oriented opportunities. These skills help me to improve various
critical factors which help me in the job position (Hargreaves, 2022). This has helped to gain a
competitive advantage over other competitors.
In the recent years when I was studying in the university I lack in different aspects. The
key areas need to improve in order to achieve the interested job position in the future. The skills
will help the individual to asses’ various critical situations and perform better as per the changing

needs. The main aim is to achieve the inherent gaols and objectives in the life in a significant
manner.
One of the major key challenges that I faced was Time management skills. It is one of the
most important skills which helps the individual to complete the work accurately and in a timely
manner (Howell, 2018). There are various opportunities on which I can capitalise by developing
this key skill. The main focus is to become more effective in order to complete my work in a
significant manner. To capitalise on various opportunities most of the organisation need these
skills in order to fulfil the duties and work responsibilities sin a systematic manner. It will help
the organisation to generate more profits in the desired industry and they can also function better.
When I failed in this unit before, I realised that Time management is the most crucial
skill in which I lack. I did not submit my project on the timely basis. Through this I was missing
in various aspects. While indulging myself in study there were different other projects which I
had to complete. After completing the self-assessment in week 3, I identified my strengths and
some areas for improvement. By organising my work in an appropriate manner. I was able to
develop this skill. This will help me to perform better in the future. On the other hand, With the
help of this skill I can become more efficient and improve the productivity in the workplace.
With the changing market trends this is one of the most important skills which the organisation
needs from a candidate. I make an effective schedule to prioritize the work and achieve greater
results. The time is distributed to each task this has helped me to complete the work in an
effective manner. In order to become more efficient in my working Time management is the key
skills which needs to be prioritized. There are goals which is set for myself and equally divide
the time to complete it systematically. It is one of the most crucial skills which needs to be
developed by the individual to become more successful and complete the projects in timely
manner.
Another Academic self-efficacy refers to the lefts and values which the individual
develops while completing the academic tasks in order to achieve the successful learning from
the materials (Marvell, and Simm, 2018). For the appropriate career this is the baseline to
complete the tasks with the ethics and values. While studying in the university I did not follow
the ethics and values to complete the tasks. The main focus is to complete the task just to show to
the teachers. The main idea is to follow the ethics and values to achieve academic success. In the
upcoming future this skill will reflect on my job position. While indulging in the variety of

courses there were various projects which is given. I had to complete them in an effective
manner by following all the ethics and values which includes no plagiarism etc. In the future this
ability will help me to become more effective and achieve success in the desired organisation.
There are various benefits of the academic self-efficacy it improves the overall efficiency of the
individual. They are able to complete the work without any hindrance. By analysing the
assessments needs I complete it with right ethics and values (Russell, and Mazzuchelli, 2018).
There are various new opportunities on which I can capitalise and choose an effective job
position in which I can prioritize and maximize the efforts. I was able to complete the projects
without any help and able to enhance my knowledge and gain necessary experience. The main
priority of the individual is to complete the work without any cheating or using other tools. This
will hinder their academic success and the growth which they want to achieve in future. I plan
the operations to perform better in different critical areas.
Learning and communicating online is the main key area which the individual needs to
develop with the time (Ono, and Ichii, 2019). There are different courses which the organisation
might require for the best suited position in the workplace. Through this there are variety of
different course in which I can enrol. The major factor in which I am lacking is effective
communication. In the upcoming future there are various benefits which will help me in while
choosing the career. I was able to find difficulties while establishing an effective communication
with other individuals. During the study period there are various problems which comes in my
mind. But due to the poor communication skills I was not to enhance my knowledge and other
soft skills. By indulging in the online courses, I was to overcome the fear and establish and
effective communication with other teachers and individuals. Thorough this I had achieved
various benefits which will me in the upcoming future. There are different career paths which
has opened in front of me. I will able to perform better in majority of the situations. This will
also help the organisation to generate more profits in the market. On the other hand, in the
workplace I can develop these skills more effectively and able to perform better for the company.
In the university I had indulged in variety of courses. This has able to improve my overall
efficiency and I had understood the new situations and techniques with the dynamic changing
market. There are various preferences which keeps on changing in the market (Samanian, and
Roohani, 2018). In the workplace I was able to communicate effectively with other individuals
and maintain a healthy working environment.

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it has concluded that learning an communicating online improves
the overall skills and knowledge. This will improve the overall efficiency and the person become
more confident. There are various strengths and weaknesses which can be evaluated in an
effective manner. They can evaluate the critical situations in an effective manner. On the other
hand, in this report there is discussion about the reflection. It includes three majority skills time
management, effective communication, academic skills efficacy. Through these skills there are
various benefits which might be helpful for the individual. Along with that there is discussion
about various areas in which the individual lacks. There are various measures which could be
taken in order to improve the critical areas. For further instance, in this report it has analysed that
how these skills will benefit in the organisation to achieve the necessary goals and objectives.
The individual can perform better for the job position. In order to become more efficient, the
individual needs to work on these key skills.
