1PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With the help of this project management report I was able to gathered a lot of
knowledge from the experience acquired during the entire process of research. The research
enriched me with different aspect which are related to the project management and I was
unaware of such facts and aspects. The project gave idea about certain elements which are
related to the project management such as the workbreadown structure, RACI chart, Gantt
chart, the ways in which budget is made and planned, the report related to the budget. The
analysis regarding risk management was done different survey and interviews were done so
that the implementation of the impact of the research project is effective enough. certain
matrix was done which were related to the project (Ahola et al., 2014). Different ways were
adopted during the research so that the proper stakeholders can be identified. The overall
management related survey was performed during the research project. In the project
management the resource overload occurred. The complete evaluation and analysis of the
project management was performed. The issues which were associated with the stakeholders
were identified during the process. The entire proposal comprises of all the knowledge fields
that are required for the project management.
In the entire process of the research proposal the experience was good as learning was
experience throughout the process. The entire research gave me the knowledge that was
related with the project management. From the research I was able to gather knowledge
regarding the work breakdown structure. Work breakdown is a process that gives a
hierarchical structure to the project (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). It was known from that
process that helps in breakdown of the activities related to the project into smaller part so that
it can be easily achieved (Heldman 2018). It was clear for the experience that the main
motive was to manage the large project properly. The second thing which I learned from the
project was the RACI chart. It was one of the method that was related to assigning
responsibilities related to the task of the project. It helps in breaking down of the

responsibilities (Cleden 2017). The RACI stand for four different things. Responsibility,
Accountable, Consulted, and informed. The experience gave me the overall idea to manage
the project. The overall work and the scheduling and planning was done with the assistance
of a method known as the Gantt chart. From which the entire activities are schedule with the
time duration (Heagney 2016). The experience of knowing and planning budget gave the
ideas of planning the financial requirement of the budget. the budget gave the total estimation
of the expense required by the project. The project reporting was done with the help of the
new method EVM. With the help of the EVM it was seen that the manager overall
development is done (Beringer, Jonas and Kock 2013). With this method I gain experience
about the ways in which the variance linked with the project can be easily detected. The
overall expense is control by the method of EVM. There is certain pattern in which the
overall EVM was related with. The factors like the planned value, value which were eared,
the budget off the [project, the variance related to the schedule, the variance related to the
cost and many such factors. The main learning received was related to the management of the
risk. The ways in which the risk will be managed for an ongoing project. There are certain
treatments that are required by the risk management (Marcelino-Sádaba, González-Jaen and
Pérez-Ezcurdia 2015). It gave me the experience to understand the ways in which the
stakeholders suitable for the project can be identified in a much easier way. The entire
method that is required for the communication of the stakeholders in the most effective way.
The last part gave the experience and idea related to the project closure that deals with the
overall requirement that is needed for the development of the project. The ways in which the
stakeholders related with the project are informed about the project closure was also learned
from the process (Bal et al., 2013).
The overall experience regarding the project was good from myside. I had a good
knowledge about all the methodologies and the strategies that can be used during the initial

planning stage of the project. I had the basic experience of the ways in which the entire team
can work and the overall management that is required. Now I am confidence enough that I
will be able3 to pass my gained knowledge to the other group treated to the management of
project. It gave me the knowledge about the ethics that need to be followed during the
management of the project. The identification of the stakeholders will be a good experience
as it will help in dealing with different people and understanding their requirements.
After the entire process I was able to recognize the importance of the different steps
related to the project management and the strategies related to the management of project.
The strong points and the weakness related to the project can now be easily identified by
myself.
According to me the entire learning from the research was good as it enriched me
different knowledge. However, there are need for some changes that can be done in the entire
process. The process can be a bit approachable and there must be involvement of the entire
team which was lacking during this project. The higher associates need to understand all the
requirement of the project so that it can be monitored and achieved in the most effective
ways.
The entire process need to be achieved so that the project and the related management
is done in the most effective way. The report is one of the important tool from my point of
view at it will help in giving a future direction to the project and will help in monitoring the
overall process during the project. The report will help in the progress of the project in the
most effective ways.
