INTRODUCTION
It is necessary for any of the individual to attain different seminars and class for the purpose
of increasing the level of knowledge. Whenever any of the process follows this particular process
then they give real opportunity to explore themselves in different field and allows to attain the
future success. But, in order to attain success in different field it is essential to explore in
different field. In context of the report, critical reflection will be done that how any of the person
can develop himself as a successful learner. Along with this, approach for future challenge will
be discussed.
MAIN BODY
How a person developed as a learner?
In current scenario, the competition has increased significantly where it is necessary for
any of the individual to understand that they must work on their skills for attaining better result.
If any of the individual or a student is able to attain the classes in multiple field, then they get
better opportunity for improving their overall skills. While talking about myself, I had taken my
classes within BUKS University (August and Shanahan, 2017). In this particular university I
have pursued my education in the field of Knowledge and Creativity.
Growth and development of communication skills
While studying in this particular college, I came to know that university focuses on
different skills but among those skills communication skills was the most important one. Even
my teacher uses to work on speaking and listening so that we as student can improve as soon as
possible. Talking about the teaching the professional communication course, I found that teacher
like to focus towards the presentation of theory. Even their major concern is that how process of
speaking can be improved in best possible manner. There are lots of things which I came to
know through this particular learning that how an individual can be beneficial if they have good
speaking ability. Also, it give me the general idea that how communication is required to be done
with different people as per the requirement of a situation. In addition, there were not enough to
improve our communication skills and looking at this, teacher focused towards creating real life
example where roles and responsibility were distributed to multiple number of people. It was one
of the way through which I was able to improve my skills.

Development on Reflection
It is necessary to understand reflection always helps to identify about ourselves and even
it tells what are the were we are required to improve in future period of time. I know what I am
capable of and what are the essential decision which I can make. From my point of view, I think
that reflection think has a number of benefits as it guides that how any of the decision are
required to be taken and what are those points where we are still required to work so that in
future any of the problem will not occur.
Development on writing skills
Whenever we as a student involve in this kinds of activity, it is necessary to understand
that it improves a skills and provides positive impact in the life. Along with the communication
course, I have also worked in the field of writing skills (Dörnyei, 2014). In this particular I took
the help of teacher that how I can improve my writing skills were I came to know that it is
necessary to make sentence grammatical errors free so that presentation can become effective.
Here, I also learned about when to use capital words, apostrophes and any of the other
punctuation marks. Collecting detail knowledge about Tense, Noun, Adjective were helpful in
developing effective sentences.
After completing this particular field, our teacher discusses about the importance of
creativity and share learning in commercial field. Looking at this, BUKS University, provided us
the knowledge regarding digital technology and worked in power point presentation. The main
purpose of providing knowledge in different field was very simply as there are different
challenges which are needed to be faced on a regular basis and if person has good knowledge
then they can easily tackle with them.
How did my thinking improve due to the module?
It is necessary to understand that within this particular module I have improved a lot
because I have got the idea that how any of the work is required to be done. Even now I am well
aware about the skills which are essential and how it can be improved. I have improved my
communication skills, even I know how important it is to be active listener because it directly
how to improve reading and writing skills too.

Approaches for future challenges and expectations
Once I completed my education program in the University of BUKS, I came to know that
this are not enough because it is necessary to explore in multiple number of field so that future
challenges can tackled. In order to come up good against the situation, I worked for enhancing
the skills like communication, technical competency, working ethically, bring creativity in the
work. Working in some of the critical situation were pressure is huge, decision is required to be
made, conflicts are to be solved. All of this abilities and skills are helpful for performing the task
at a greater organization. Whenever this skills and abilities are available, person is able to deal
with situation and find effective solution to the problem which they face (Gutwill, Hido and
Sindorf, 2015). There are some of the situation where organization required to implement new
technology so that target and goals can be accomplished. In this particular situation, I can
motivate my team that how they can be effective for dealing with the situation by providing them
proper training to handle latest technology.
This is not limited to deal with future challenge but I must be able to make myself
flexible as per the requirement. Even showing ethical behavior can itself help to tackle number of
situation. For effective ethical skills, my teacher had shown great efforts towards me which
helped me develop a healthy relation with other and that is one of the way through which most of
the challenges can be dealt easily (Notgrass and Pettinelli, 2015). As there were number of
occasion where real life example had been taken for dealing with situation which had a direct
effect on dealing with the situation of business. This were some of the important area through
which I have improved my learning skills in multiple field and now I am effectively able to
tackle any of the situation.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it can be easily concluded that each and every person can
develop themselves only in that respective situation if they are able to develop their skills and
knowledge. In order to improve skills and knowledge, students or any of the person can attain
different similar and classes which is very helpful in current scenario. All of this skills can allow
to solve many of the situation.
