INTRODUCTION
It is very important for individuals that they are having good professional as well as
personal skills and creativity while managing various tasks and projects. For an individual to
succeed in academic as well as employment, it is essential to make the use of various skills so
that work is done in effective manner (Feucht, Lunn Brownlee, and Schraw, 2017). Present
report is based on the effectiveness of communication skills and how these skills help a student
to gain success in his or her goal achievement. It is essential for students to manage their projects
and tasks in proper manner by adopting various skills and abilities that lead to future growth of
the person. Moreover, it is also essential for the person to have proper management and
knowledge of skills that are required for completing the tasks. This report also discusses about
the reflection of student in individual performance and behaviour while managing work and
attaining success in academic as well as professional life.
TASK 1
Effective communication skills
For a student, it is essential for having good communication skills so that he will be able to
conduct various projects and tasks in effective manner (Gelfuso, 2016). It is essential for me to
have good knowledge about the skills required for managing good work and project. While
employment, there are some effective skills required for attaining success in work. There is
completion of project and tasks if the person is having effective skills. Communication plays a
significant role in any student’s academic tenure or period. Good communication will help in
interacting with people, colleagues and professors effectively for managing the work assigned to
the student. This will help in attaining success in less time. Communication is an effective factor
that will lead to successful project accomplishment. While managing work and projects, it is
important to handle and manage various tasks and projects in effective manner. the It is
important for any student to have effective communication skill so that all work is done in proper
manner.for a student, it is very important to develop good communication skill as this will help
in talking to various people ad doing jobs effectively. This is also helpful in working in projects
effectively and attaining success. It is necessary for me to have effective communication skills
and attain organisational success as well as academic success (Hostetler, 2016). In a student’s
life, communication is an essential factor that is helpful for managing the various work given to

students as their project or task. A good communication skill is essential for an individual so that
he is able to attain success in the projects given to him. By talking to different people and
professors, it is easy for the student to manage the work assigned to him. While attending
sessions in college and university, students learn the basic skills and knowledge that is required
for accomplishing the goals assigned. When conducting various researches and projects, it is
important for me to analyse what are the factors that will lead to success. A person who is having
strong skills and capabilities will be having more success in life than the other who are unskilled.
For a company, it is main objective to hire those people who are skilled and have excellent
capabilities to do work. Thus, a student has the academic tenure in which he will be able to
enhance his skills and abilities properly. I Have studied various courses in my university and
these developed different skills within me. There was development of various skills and abilities
that are able to attain success in life. I have various opportunities in job and this requires to have
good knowledge of skills that will help in attaining success in life (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä, and
Turunen, 2016). As a student, it is essential need of me to get placed in a reputed organisation
by managing the skill development. It is important for me to enhance my skills by managing
various type of abilities and knowledge development sessions. I have to get good recruitment
opportunity and for that I am developing my skills every day. These skills will help to take quick
and effective decisions. Also. I am able to manage my work more properly and attain success in
life.
TASK 2
Reflection on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course
There are several skills which must be possessed by me for doing my project works in proper
manner. These will help in making the attainment of success easy for me as I will develop many
skills. While my academic tenure, there were various skills that I have developed. These have
enabled in managing the projects effectively. Technology advancement is an important aspect
and it is the key to success for various aspects of life, especially business. When I will work in
business organisation on a senior position, it will be important for me to develop my
communication skills. This will help me in talking to various individuals that will help me in
achieving the success in project activities (Leavy, and Hourigan, 2016). Moreover, it is needed
that I am having enough knowledge that all my work is done properly and I have all the skills

needed for maintaining good performance at work. I have attended various classes that helped
me in developing good and effective skills. These sessions have enhanced my knowledge
regarding the new era of digital technology. After attending the sessions, I am more capable of
learning new technologies and working in effective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is analysed that there is need for every person to grab
various skills and knowledge while implementing the accomplishment of goals and objectives.
Also, it is necessary for people to have different skills which will help in doing the projects and
tasks in specified time frame. On the other hand, the skills will also help people to enhance their
efficiency of doing work in professional field. In case of employment, it is necessary for people
to manage the work effectively and attaining success in life.
