DESCRIPTION
The incident I will be reflecting on occurred whilst I was joined MNC Company after my
graduation. I was appointing as sales executives in sales team and assign a project for a brand
promotion. For this project make a team in which consist of 10 members with a team leader who
has lot of experience. In this project my role was to contact with sponsors and convinced them to
sponsor our product. The other team members were taken different responsibility as per their
ability like make advertisement for product, select artist, financial department and many others.
The main areas of reflection are how much myself and other team mates communicate with each
other in regard of project and also how we adapted that how we were working for their
individual requirements. A team mate ask to team leader for leave for 2 days but team leader
listen to 5 days and refused to approve leave. As a result it impact on the employee mentality on
negative manner and he started to take stress for work. The other reason of poor communication
of accuse a colleague of being foolish or an idiot for proposing a strategy that has to be

FEELINGS
Before the incident I was happy to work with this team leader who has lot of experience and seek

his behavior because he was reacting in very bad manner and take it personal which is not good
for professional behavior. After the situation I was thinking that a good team leader show a right
way and take stress in regard of my work. Before any presentation I was checking my work three
times due to his bad behavior. Every teammate afraid from his behavior and take permission for
every task. I had only been with the sales staff for 2 months but was still unsure of my position
within the organisation. Ultimately, I lacked the courage and experience to handle this situation
on my own. I feel that my increasing anxiety made it even harder for someone like me to
respond, although it is clear that while both my colleagues and I should have intervened earlier to
ensure that the individuals were addressed immediately. In addition, I was somewhat aback
while an experienced team member neglected to evaluate the product's requirements of the
project throughout the marketing strategy, as the tension produced to both the experienced
professional and the team members was unnecessarily high.
EVALUATION
