INTRODUCTION
I decide to work within team and in group their has multiple individual and their different
thought process and ideas for completion of project and task. I analyse multiple factors influence
decision-making activities in group and management of effective group require consideration of
various aspects. (Soh, Lane and Chee-Wee, 2020). Application of theory makes better
understanding about how to manage team work and perform in group activity.
REFLECTION
Application and utilisation of kolbs reflective cycle theory useful for the determination about
reflection study.
On the basis of this theory I explain my experience when I decide to work in group.
Individual perception thought process influence performance of effective work development. I
clearly analyse that it has some positive terms and some negative terms. I analysis that positive
people always consider providing effective idea, and they have potential to complex resolutions,
and they communicate with proper manner. I also evaluate that when individual consider
listening carefully they have more patient and power to work effectively perform within group.
Experience: I develop effective experience performing task within group is that management of
different personality and their perception is not easier but I evaluate that when individual listen
other perception and idea its develop powerful group activity (Gibson Miller and et.al., 2020).
Reflect: I develop various things in my behaviour like change in thought process, mid-set,
proper communication, listen every individual reviews. Listing of different perspective gives
better understanding about management of group and I mainly evaluate that proper
communication and polite manner is one of the great term so for future I also develop
communication skills for effective communication of thought and idea to other people.
Conceptualize: I decide to preforming task in group because it makes work more different
innovative. Team management is all above refers to activity where individual evaluate and share
their experience with various manner. And then group will decide the best solution for effective
result development.
Apply: I consider performing in team work require politeness and clear communication I have
politeness in my nature but my poor communication create challenges because people not listen
my reviews properly.

Key aspect of individual behaviour from the OB module
Perceptions: Origination behaviour is all above different perception, ideas, view points and
many more. According to my identification I have clear mid-set that group development is not
easier but if group is develop then it highly influences performance of business on its essential to
develop group because it useful for completion of task within in short and effective. I evaluate
that individual different perception develop complexity in decision-making process but it has
positive term also because its clear things creative and innovative (Ismaeel and Al Mulhim,
2021).
Motivation: I clearly evaluate that motivation influence performance of individual so its very
important term that when any individual decided to develop group, and they decide that
individual performing well. Its important that people encourage others and provide them
information that its great thing we can consider it. So it develops motivation also encourage
every individual has different qualities so its not good manner but individual not encourage other
point of view and perception it develops complexity which is not great term.
Future development/personal growth
I develop great skills for future effectiveness development with performing task in group.
I decide that i have to develop communication skills because my communication is not effective
and people not connivance with my ideas and thought process. I evaluate that future
development and personalty growth expansion is effective term which makes positivity and it
influences the task for future it clearly decides that it makes my career when I enter into
origination as employee or I do business its very beneficial opportunities which makes my
personality different group work. So its clear that application and consideration of this team
work makes more effective personality. I have to develop and improve communication for
effectiveness improvement in communication which is very essential.
Also , I evaluate and found that different people mindset has their own different thinking
and their work behaviour is also different, so I identify and analyse that I have to develop fast
work experience which is very effective term for long term.

I only require communication effectiveness because I analyse people apply my
innovative ideas but the thing is they not properly listen because of poor and weak
communication I am not able to communicate and explain my point of view with effective
manner. So I clearly decide to develop communication which require daily practices and
communicate with multiple people so it improves and its useful for my communication
effectiveness.
