INTRODUCTION
Teamwork is considered to be a collaborative activity of a group order to accomplish a
common objective a to complete activity in in most efficient as well as effective way. In general,
it is said to be some of our efforts which are taken by team member for accomplishment of teams
goals that is referred as team work. It is commonly known as backbone of any. Every individual
working in a team has to perform as well as contribute in their best possible way in order to
accomplish their plan objective in an efficient way. This report is based on a reflective essay on
teamwork which is defined through Kolb reflection model. This report includes reflective essay
along with its conclusion.
MAIN BODY
Reflective essay on experience on teamwork
As when I came to know I have to work in a team I was very excited in terms of working in
a team with various individuals for achieving my goals. As by knowing that I have to work in a
team there are various things which were going in my mind as I was getting an opportunity to
work in a team which could lead as well as provide me an effective experience for my career
along with for my future professional development. My experience could be explain through
Kolb' learning cycle that is presented in four stages which could be used by a learner to have
repeatedly success as well as progress in their work. As this model generally highlights relevance
of reflection component in a learning cycle. This approach synthesizes an objective oriented as
well as behaviour learning theories that creates a learning cycle in terms of value processes and
nature of learning.
Concrete experience: As when I came to know that I have to work in a team I was very
excited that I will learn about working in a team. As while working in a team in terms of groups I
came to realise that various individuals carries different behaviours and they are of different
natures so in order to understand their nature I have to deal with them by understanding their
working nature as well as providing and amount of coordination towards them so that goal of
teamwork could be achieved effectively.
Reflective observation: As when I started working in my team I learnt that it worked as well
as responsibilities are to be distributed among individuals according to our specialisation and our
potential of learning as well as doing things. So I got my work according to my area of interest as

well as other individuals got their work according to their interest so that goal of a teamwork
could be achieved without having any confusion. As I analyse that working in a team is
considered to be a quite difficult job as various individuals carry e their own perspective so that
it is necessary for a group to have a team leader can deliver responsibilities among team.
Abstract conceptualization: At this stage I was able to carry out my work so that group
activity could be carry e out with effectiveness with the motive of accomplishing desired goals.
As in this stage I gathered various information while working in a team so that I would be able to
carry out my work effectively e in terms of accomplishing my goal for providing my part with
coordination.
Active experimentation: In this stage I gained various knowledge which could help me in
having knowledge as well as understanding about working in a team so that in future if I had to
carry my work for carrying out my profession it will be beneficial for me. As when I started
working in a team I learnt various elements as well as things which are to be kept in mind that
could help me in in improving myself and being as active team worker or a coordinator of team.
CONCLUSION
From above report it could be concluded that teamwork is considered to be an essential
element for achieving a planned goal by working in a team. As is said to be a collaborative or a
combination of efforts which is made by group individuals in order to achieve goals effectively.
This report identifies reflection on experiences which could be identified from being in a
teamwork.
