INTRODUCTION
This essay is based on reflective on progress and include several skills and knowledge
that have needed for a person at a particular time to enter into a professional based career
(García-García, Chulvi and Royo, 2017). Experience and skills both are useful in justify in
proper and efficient manner through various needs and personal development is also effective in
this career. Professional development and career are the continuous process learning based on
different different skills. This reflection report is based on about justify journey in regarding to
corporate skills and various steps are to be followed which helps to attain their goals and
objectives for specific period of time. By using Driscoll model I am sharing my skills and
challenges which I faced during study.
MAIN BODY
What?
It is very crucial for person who are evaluate different elements in respect to increasing
experience and skills. I have analysed all skills related to this topic and determining various
aspects to increase my potential capacity and understanding several different aspects. While
studying in 1st week, I have gained those information and knowledge based on such elements
how to managing their business and firms to take a leadership skills and knowledge for various
experiences that is important to raising my abilities (Hana and Hacène, 2017). From 2nd week, I
have learned digital literacy skills and to multiple formats of wide range of business. It
determines key aspects of digital literacy, to finding out specific content, searching online better
information. From the 3rd week, as I have identified various ways to determine approaches which
are important for processing communication abilities. From the 4th week, in this education
models need to be reflect in demand for learning to contend with technological and social
changes brought by fourth revolution. Skills are not stages may be reality for future expectations
(Kohon, 2018). From the 5th week, In university or colleges, struggling to develop such as time
management, prioritization and academic expectations that may be more and ore challenging
than awaited. From the 6th week, many of expectations at university or teachers as I were
attentive in class and give the answers in proper format. It can mainly expected that all students
can make the presentation in better manner that they required.

It is very significant to identify person to person goals and objectives along with their abilities
and experiences. It has been understood that that information is gained in this module will be
sufficient for individual and professional goals. Through with this I have been interpret that
overall communication determine number of factors that will influence communication
procedures with their determine susceptibility of a person to intercommunicate message from
one person to another person (Jöns, Meusburger and Heffernan, 2017). This type of module has
provided me a proper direction like how I communicate people and how to improve my
communication skills in an efficient manner. With the improvement of these skills along with I
have gain my decision making and problem solving skills also. I will be capable to with success
to resolve various issues and provide a better and accurate relationships between teachers and
students and increase relationship with other also. I have increase apprehension knowledges and
experiences with different aspects in which will be important for successfully efficiently and
effectively should be performed personal and professional development. These university course
are very flexible because more changes are develop in external or internal environment. Such
types of changes in environment will be need for online classes because of this pandemic
situation students faces a problem of these issue of online classes and they need to maintain and
develop a physical distance with people.
Now What?
I have increasing my communication skills and maintain and develop strong
communication abilities. This communication skill can be defining as you can communicate with
people and pass the message and ideas in an efficient manner. It is a two way procedures to
communicate sender or receiver and it is medium to convey their message from one person to
another person. Through this, I have determined all of these are important and essential message
as well as improving their communication abilities. During this module, my mentor has
recommended me that various aspects of effective communication for developing better and
proper relationship in this report.
In a future of unexampled societal shifts, Education is necessary part for managing the
challenges. It determines reflection in action and reflecting on action. With more automatic,
digitalized and change full job markets because in higher education system are more quickly
become mutually exclusive with future and are looking forwards. There are some different
challenges which will be faced for future and I will begin my course of study.

To work on presentation skills, I have to began my presentation before that I have talk to
my friends and they will give me honest answer to me about presentation (Lambert, 2017). I
have analyse all the skills related to presentation and I have read all information about
presentation topic. In this, I can improve my all skills to develop and maintain my time
management plan and in that style I am properly furnished with essential knowledge and
experience and develop those skills in respect to future expectations as well as situations.
CONCLUSION
As per above information, it can be concluded that success of university for creativity and
knowledge as possible to improvement capabilities and skills. This is very significant for an
individual to work with a greater ability and develop their skills in an efficient manner. In this
report, talking about how they can developed as learner and how will you approaches various
challenges in future prospect. They will work hard and develop their skills and to improve their
strength and weaknesses to contrary chances and to develop their skills personal and professional
with respect to future purposes.
