INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success indicates actions or plan that an individual take for
achieving success in life. Success refers to accomplishment of one's set goals (Scuotto
and et.al., 2017). This report covers my experience of preparing for success at
university. It shows how I developed or improvised at the time of learning through this
module. Further, this report showcase what upcoming challenges are incorporated with
this course of university along with the description of expectations that it consists. The
whole project is about my experience which I learnt during learning classes. While
taking classes I observed my strength and weakness by involving different skills such as
communication, presentation and problem solving skills. This area have enhanced my
knowledge by assessing the learning abilities.
MAIN BODY
How or why I developed as a learner through this module:
University module consists learning courses such as communication strategies,
presentation skills, time management tactics, knowledge about current markets
scenarios etc. This proved to be helpful to a great extend, as through learning about
ways of communication I found an opportunity to enhance my communication skills.
Further, various debates and speeches are organized in this module through which I
gained confidence and my public speaking skills are improved (Perez-Adamson and
Mercer, 2016). This module incorporated some basics about presentation skills which
helped me a lot and provided me required knowledge about presentation in front of
people. Participation in various business plans that is launched in this module helped
me to identify my weak points when I present I front of people, this served as an
opportunity to me for enhancing my presentation skills to the next level. Presentation
and communication skills are of great use for personality development of a person and it
is very helpful at the time of job interviews or placements.
This module covered various factors which is required by me as a student for
improving my knowledge and career attitudes. This provided me clarity as well as
confidence to communicate and served as a foundation of my career. Various tips and
tricks are provided in this module for the purpose of handling different situations at the

time of public speaking. Therefore, it can be said that this course developed my
personality and improved my strategical thinking. It helped me in keeping myself
motivated and also provided me an opportunity to become self reliant.
Time management tactics which was discussed in this module is not only
required in academic life but beyond this also. Reason is that, in this global era were
competition increasing at fast pace time management enables individual to manage all
activities effectively and achieve success in life. Hence, there is no doubt in the fact that
course provided by this university has enabled me to prepare for success and also
improved my current performance in academics. Various expertise which I gained
through module of university will enable me to perform effectively at the time of
placements and hence, made me capable of cracking adequate job interviews. Overall,
this learning experience not only developed by current academic knowledge but also
served as an approach for my enhanced career in future.
Approaching future challenges as well as expectations in relation to university course:
At the time of my learning during this module of university I noticed a great
improvement in my academic results as all basics are effectively covered in this module.
Despite of being good that academics and management games, my improvisation in
communication skills was not as expected. Though several platforms were provided to
me for public speaking and communicating, I still face some anxiety and nervousness
while presenting my views to other people (Elbaz, 2018). This needs to be tackled as
quickly as possible because effective communication in an essential requirement of
today's corporate world. Hence, I need to focus more on improvisation of my
communication and presentation skills. Further, this university module provides basic
overview of of various concept and hence helps in knowledge enhancement. But,
specialization is not provided in any particular field which serves as a hindrance at the
time of employment if job interviewer requires specialised and expertise individual in
particular area, such as, SEO. Another challenge which I faced or noticed at the time of
module is that sometimes I face difficulty in concentration or I get distracted easily which
comes out as a major issue at the time of learning as I may miss some important
concepts (Lehman, 2017). This problem can be faced in future also at the time of
working in corporate. Hence, it is required for me to work on this limitation and improve

my focus towards tasks that is to be performed. Hence, regular and constant practice on
above mentioned factors enables to deal with upcoming challenges and provides
opportunity for future growth and development. By identifying these challenges I got
opportunity to seek and implement improvisations which is an important factor for
gaining success in professional or personal life. Reflecting about my weak point serves
as an helpful approach for elimination of my incapabilities and further development of
my core competencies.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that reflective learning is a useful
approach enabled me to overview upon my experience of learning. The goal
incorporated with this process of reflective learning is getting clarification about the
concepts that students are learning and further it prepares me for success in life.
Preparation of success in simple terms can be explained as a procedure of preparing
for skills and knowledge that is required for achievement of objectives decided by me.
Further, this report states that university module proved to be helpful to a great extend
as it prepared me for future challenges and improved my current performance in
academics. This course of university has enhance my skills of presentation and
communication. It helped in learning time management skills which provides me
advantage in achievement of goals and hence, success in life. Additionally, there are
various challenges incorporated with my learning experience during this module which
can be eliminated through constant practice and preparation. These all skills and
learning classes have developed my experience that will provide me better job
opportunity in future.
