REFLECTIVE LOG
As per the Gibbs reflective model, this project has helped me gain high degree of
experience associated with the business environment. Before starting of the project one of the
most challenging thing for me to complete the project on of before deadline. However, in order
to overcome this challenge I have prepared the Gantt Chart and proper timeline to complete and
carry out this project on time and meet the deadlines. Also, another challenging task for me to
collaborate all the team members and make them understand the key key objectives associated
with the project. I have ensured that all the team members resect each others viewpoints and
ensure proper set of communication within the group (Gibbs Reflective Cycle by Graham Gibbs,
2020). This helps in free flow of information and improve in attainment of the key learning
outcomes of the study. As per the Gibbs reflective model, one of the most challenging task for
me was to assign task to each members of the project according to their skill set and level of
understanding. Before assigning the roles. Proper discussion with the group has been made and
ensured that they will be able to complete the project within the stipulated time with high degree
of accuracy and relevance.
As per the Gibbs reflective model, working with the large number of individuals within
the group which helps me in effectively enhancing the understanding and communication skills.
This helps me carry out the project with high degree of accuracy and complete efficiency. This
study mainly focuses on the effective examination of the business environment of the Facebook.
It was very interesting for me to gain wider degree of perspective linked to the Facebook
business environment. It helped me effectively analyse how they keep a proper track of the
competitor action and moves in order to stay ahead in the market. Keeping team on the same
page is considered to be as one of the biggest challenge which in turn has been faced by me
while carrying out the project. In order to overcome this challenge I have mainly focused on
creating a shared degree of complete understanding which is useful in align with the main
objectives of the study. I have removed all the obstacles which could affect the efficiency of the
project. All the members within the team are equal and the ideas given by the team members are
respected and taken into consideration. While carrying out the project. As per the Gibbs
reflective model, I used to take advice from the professors and friends on the continuous basis n
order to ensure that the project is going in the right direction and it also helped me further
improve the outcomes of the project by taking into consideration the suggestion of the professors

for better attainment of the learning outcomes. This study has helped to respect the viewpoints
and opinions of others. I have gathered significant amount of data from the website and scholarly
articles. Lot of research has been done by me in order to find the accurate data for the project. I
have gained wide degree of internal and external analysis of the company by using specific set of
tools like VRIO and PESTLE analysis. I have also effectively analysed about the extent to
which the organization meets the key objectives of different stakeholders within Facebook.
After the completion of the project, I have significantly analysed that, I have effectively
enhanced my presentation skills and communication skills. This has helped me prepare an
attractive PowerPoint presentation and also present the same to the tutor and audience. I have
also improved soft skills as well as the intellectual skills. Getting indulged in this project adds a
lifetime of experience because it has helped me in gain high degree of knowledge linked with
business environment of the Facebook (Potter, 2015). As per the Gibbs reflective model, I have
ensured that the project has been carried out by complying with the ethical consideration and
necessary laws. This project has significantly helped me gain wide degree of knowledge as well
as complete understanding linked with the purpose of the Facebook. I have developed high
degree of understanding linked with the gaining of the potential degree of opportunities which is
considered to be prominent for the global interaction and improving the competitive edge and
position of the company. I have be significant in taking part in such enlightening project which
will help me reduce any sort of knowledge deficit associated with the subject matter.
