REFLECTIVE
From the reflective weekly diary, I analysed the effectiveness of working as a group for
completing a task. It is the best form of executing a task or operation in a better manner. The
writer was working with a group in order to complete the assignment and achieve the stated
targets. I examined that the group members were from different countries and religion, despite of
this, they were soon closely related and spend time together. All of them became good friends
and soon they established a good bond themselves. The diary reflected that the writer was unable
in judging people but still has a positive behaviour for meeting people and making new friends.
It was a new place for the writer, however, due to his positive behaviour which always
encouraged his spirit and attitude to be strong. But soon, the writer was very frustrated after his
mother left him and went back to home. This implies a great pressure on the writer's feelings and
attitude.
I evaluated that shortly the writer was motivated from the loneliness condition by his
friends and their bondings. He often visits new places and meet people that are quite different
from his society and community. He was allotted with an assignment of changing cultural and
environment in the industry sector. I examined that his purpose for studying this course from
abroad was to modify/advance his way of thinking and speaking, creating ability to take better
decisions and for building up a high level of confidence. He desired to introduce a business plan
and apply all these abilities in improving that business and achieving success. Further, I
evidenced that the person has improvize his ability of drafting a resume in the industries and of
creating a better CV.
I addressed that the writer was highly focused on completing all the assigned task on time
and avoiding last time consequences. For the assignment, he started his research with analysing
the experience and strategies used by the past year students which provided him better
information about the project. From the further reflection, I noticed that the writer use the
method of segmenting the tasks and responsibilities within the group for completing the
assignment. It is very significant process in executing the assigned tasks and achieving better
results. Then the person adopt the method of training themselves via practising, which develops
new scope and motivated them to perform well in the presentation. This technique determine
their mistakes and implement changes in order to improve the problematic areas.

From the diary, I concluded that the trip of Amsterdam reported many benefits and great
experience. It enhances his ability to take decision and making effective judgements. All these
assumptions and innovations introduce a new personality in the writer itself. This helps in
allocating the best methods of interviewing the industries and identifying the fruitful results. The
overall reflection stated the necessity of working together and creating bond for accomplishing
the assigned task. A strong bonding is helpful in facilitating and improving the person behaviour
and attitude towards the negative situation.
