Introduction
A reflection is a helpful aspect to analyse personal observation and experience of a person. This
personal experience is focused on workshop one and workshop two which include a personal
observation about various aspects. It mainly focuses on Fish bank Simulation process in the
assessment (El-Akruti, et. al., 2018). It mainly concentrates on the personal experience of a
person and its link with asset management, with the various framework, theories, and examples.
Hence, a reflection is helpful to describe various aspects in a clear and concise manner. It mainly
enhances an individual experience and development about strategy and asset management
framework.

Discussion
Workshop 1 experience
Experience 1: During this session, I have found various aspects which explore my ability and
knowledge. It allows me to understand the strategy and its importance in regular work life
progress. It is helpful for me to identify the elements which assist in company strategy so that I
can facilitate new strategic development in corporate life (Volker, et. al., 2013). Hence, it is
helpful for me to understand the importance of vision and shortcomings of poor vision. A great
vision is helpful for me to accomplish my targets in further life so that all task lead to
accomplishing properly. Asset management strategy concept is also evaluated by me. It brings
some positive frame for me so that I am going to use asset properly and in an efficient manner.
This framework is helpful for me in the further accomplishment of target by great planning and
structure. Some more topics which lead to covered by me is Fish banks simulation software and
strategic assessment. The fish bank is a simulation software tool which allows me and others to
understand the frame in the process of competitive environment world. It provides us a realistic
setting and environment so that individual becomes able to learn its benefits. It possesses a good
attribute and learning so that I can utilize in the competitive environment (Ilya I. Rodin 2015).
Hence, a reflection is helpful for me to critically understand the different aspects and frame so
that I can utilize it in a better manner. I am able to understand different frames which strengthen
my ability to learn and utilize different strategies in the keen competitive environment. Hence, I
have utilized various strategies and aspects so that I can compete in the environment properly.
Fish bank strategic framework allows me to take great experience and facilitate me to learn
things properly which enhance my ability and experience for great assessment in a competitive
environment.
Experience 2: The workshop enables me to learn the asset management strategy which enables
and provide experience to me to utilize every single factor and element properly. This strategy is
helpful for me to grow my skills and ability towards a positive outcome. This strategy provides
me an experience to better use every single factor of the skill so that growth and development
lead to facilitate properly (Payne and Andrew 2019). With the help of Fish bank simulation, I am
become understand about the cooperation dynamics in a competitive world. Cooperation is really

required in the business to become successful and maximize capacity to act differently from
others. It also assists me to develop a team so that all people lead to cooperate with one other
effectively. This cooperation is helpful for me and my team to draft a better plan. Moreover, with
cooperation, I have to implement each plan and strategy properly to get a better and effective
return. Moreover, this framework also supported me to learn about negotiation skill. This skill
enables me to get aware about various people nature and take other people frame as well. It
enables me to understand various people aspects to execute a plan in an efficient manner. One
more frame leads to get done by me in the assessment which is Fish banks Simulation one of the
best experimental learning frames (PR Newswire, 2019). I have applied a Kolb learning
framework as well. It allows me to work on different elements of the framework which include
use of experience, take an observation, facilitate concept and anticipate the experience. Thus, I
become aware of the various strategies utilized in the process of asset management. These
strategies are helpful for me in the determination of effective growth options. This strategy
allows me to use every single resource properly to maximize the outcome. This skill is really
required for me to maintain my level of competence in a competitive environment. It includes
my art and science aspects as well which learned in high school. This sort of learning is really
essential for me to grow and develop myself in competitive business environment. This will be
resulted for me to prepare a special position in the market for better attribute and execution of
different activities properly.

Workshop 2 experience
Experience 1: In this aspect, I have found that various case analysis leads to take place. These
case analyses are helpful to assess the asset management framework so that things lead to direct
properly. During the second workshop, I have prepared a schedule so that all factors lead to
direct in the right direction. In this workshop, we have revisited the Fish bank simulation game
so that it allows me to understand cooperative and negotiation skill. Both these skills are helpful
for me to enhance my ability and aspect to deal with various aspects in an appropriate manner
(van Veelen, and Deppisch, 2017). I have also able to learn about asset capability delivery
process to learn various things. I have become aware of creative solutions for asset and non-asset
elements in the business. These solutions are identified with the use of cooperative and
teamwork skill. In this workshop, I have analysed some benefits gain with Fish bank simulation
game. The major benefits which lead to analyse with the simulation game are teamwork,
cooperation, negotiation skill. Moreover, some benefits lead to analyse which impose in terms of
awareness of regulations and ethical practices. With this activity, one more frame leads to
developing which is concerned with maximization of profit. Hence, all such benefits lead to
assess by me so that I can use them in real life consideration. I have also learned the complex
decision theory with an evaluation of stakeholders. I become able to learn the type of
stakeholders assess in the business so that I am going to accomplish every single fundamental
objective. Asset management strategy is helpful for me to get an effective judgment to derive
effective and efficient outcome.
Experience 2: I have drafted a schedule for the project which includes Fish Bank Simulation
game aspect. For this simulation learning, I have prepared a schedule so that all task and
activities lead to direct properly (Wall and Don, 2019). We reached the beach for practical
application to learn the actual interface in a competitive environment. Different topics and
frames have been analysed by me and my group members with the assistance of different case
study. It allows me to learn the capability of an asset so that all aspects lead to manage and
maintain in an efficient manner. I have learned one more factor while reaching the beach which
refers to the funding process. I have learned the disaster management strategy as well so that all
things lead in the right direction. I have learned about the phase of strategy development. This
strategic development is helpful and ascertains me to understand the importance of the goal
(Yuliia, 2016). I have likewise learned a complex choice hypothesis with an assessment of

partners. I am turned out to be ready to become familiar with the sort of partners evaluate in the
business so I will achieve every single basic goal. Resource technique is useful for me to get a
successful judgment to determine the powerful and proficient result. I have found some goal
include maximization of net worth at the end of the game. I have done the role of policymaker
which clarifies things to the team and leads them so that they can facilitate things properly. The
major strategy which leads to developed by me and my team is cooperation. We have cooperated
an idea and plan so that all things and factors lead to direct and execute properly. For effective
management of asset strategy, I have to aware about each one and their importance. This will
result in me in efficient incorporation of work in a positive manner.

Conclusion
On the basis of the assessed report, it gets aware that personal insight required in every context.
With personal insight, a proper understanding of concept leads to analyse. Various strategic
aspects have been discussed in the assessment include the strategic development of an asset
management strategy. Moreover, personal experience leads to evaluated about various theories
and framework as well. A fish bank simulation has helped in the evaluation of a keen
competitive environment so that all things and goal lead to direct properly. Thus, such frames are
effectively done for a better life experience in future competitive business environment world.
