How I could develop my practical skills as a result of this assessment task / Unit/session:
Providing the constructive feedback helps in identifying the necessary concerns and requirements for
the effective learning. It is notable that there are some of the specific ways of delivering effective
feedback. For example, the electronic feedback, verbal feedback, and written feedback are some of
these effective methods to be considered. It is essential review and monitor the learning assessment of
the different learners. In my personal experience, I have dealt with three different learners, such as
visual learners, auditory learners and kinesthetic learners. It is quite effective to work with the visual

presentation with slides and diagrams are quite beneficial for improving the teaching method of these

tones of the voice. These learners usually prefer to present written responses to the lecturers and prefer
the learning through story telling process. These learners need to attend the vocal classes and need to be
present in the class. On the other hand, the kinesthetic learner has the coordination of great hands and
eyes. They possess the capability of quick receptions and they are the excellent experimenters.
Conducting different experiments and acting the play are the effective processes of teaching this type
of learners. I have observed that the students usually prefer one particular learning style whereas some
of them even prefer to use many patterns to learning. Hence, it is the responsibility of the teacher to

find out the pattern of students’ learning. On the other hand, the adjustments received from the
students’ end are also much helpful for the teachers to provide the effective learning session. The active
