INTRODUCTION
The personal and professional development is the process which is continuous in nature
and it is having positive meaning through which individuals are able to obtain standardised
aims and objectives in which efforts are established in order to get high efficacy and to attain
overall objectives in stipulated time frame (McCarthy,2016). This is a prospectus of learning
under which high working efficacy can be performed in which more sufficiency can be
attained. Development is the procedure under which skills, knowledge, values and attributes are
increased in order to get assistance over which better growth options are seen which can be
adapted for future benefits. This report is prepared in the basis of Tesco which is the number
one retailer in UK and they are operating their business in groceries and other items. This report
is the reflective journal in which influence of employability and study skills associated with
Kolb’s reflective cycle is being enumerated.

approach which is reflecting particular path by which skills and abilities of individual can be

over looked in concrete scenarios just by examining various viewpoints of people and analysed
the prevailing situation. This is also known as divergent style as within this I performed in a

so as to make appropriate changes in which growth and personal growth can be made in

problem solving and their development skills as well. In this various aspects are learnt by
individual in the process of fetching for solution which is dependent upon practical situations.
