Introduction
The presentation we have presented was about the IQOS Company. The subject we
have chosen for the presentation was a SWOT analysis of the same. It took around four
weeks in researching the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation. The different
parts of the tasks have been allocated to different members of the group that were
involved in preparing the presentation. The information about the firm has been
gathered from the source of internet. The members of the group have thoroughly
researched the important topics related to the company to know its positive and
negative features. The sources that we have chosen were reliable as well as we have
chosen the official site of the firm to gather knowledge about its various functions.

Main Body
I have presented here the experiences that I have throughout the presentation. I have
incorporated the Gibbs cycle of reflection as a model to reflect on my experience. Gibbs
cycle has six stages that I have included in this study to reflect upon my experiences
(Wain, 2017). In the description stage, I have learned that the experience of preparing
the presentation was good and influenced me positively, as I have learned many things
while preparing the project. I have been able to described the threats that might harm
the IQOS Company. In the feelings stage, I can say that I was overwhelmed with joy
when I was allocated with the task of providing a presentation. Through the group
presentation project, I have been able to understand each other as well as involved in
researching the vital features of the company. The identification of the threats has made
me realised the negative impacts over the company. In the evaluation stage, I have
understood that throughout the project, I have had some good as well as bad
experiences that have made me understand the way a group of members should work
for effective result. The members of the group had good collaboration among them that
has made this project successful. I have evaluated the threats that in which way they
might harm the business.
Some members could not communicate among each other due to hesitation or some
other issues that might have affected the work. The members were free to choose
different topic for the project, but this has made some problems for some members
when more than one person have chosen the same topic for the presentation. In the
analysis stage, I have to say that the members, through discussion and essential
suggestion of the teachers, were able to control the situations. It can be said that
clashes and a little shyness are expected from the members who are making their first
presentation and involve in the group project for the first time. I think cooperation among
the members is essential to avoid issues in preparing the project as well as for better
result. Every member should consider each other opinions and suggestions while
making the presentation (Bassot, 2015). Through discussion, I have been assigned with
the task of researching about the threats of the environment that can affect the IQOS

Company. In the Conclusion stage, I would like to state that cooperation and
communication are vital for a successful group presentation (Bassot, 2016).
The members of the group should avoid conflicts through discussion and considering
each other’s opinions (Theobald, 2016). I have learned that I have been able to make
good communication among the members through the preparation of the project as I did
not face problem in discussion about the topic that we should choose as well as I was
able to avoid confusions and issues by considering the opinions of the members. I think
I could have performed better in doing the project if I were given the opportunity to
allocate tasks to the members as this would avoid confusion as and the project would
have completed in less time. I could deduced from proper research the affects of the
threats over the business of IQOS Company. In the action stage of reflection, I have
learned that in future project tasks, I would try to avoid confusions and clashes among
the team members and try to involve them in a group discussion so that they would be
able to share their opinions regarding the project. I would describe the threats in a better
way in future if the members of the group work together without arguments.

Conclusion
It can be deduced from the given reflection that I have realised that I have good
communication skill that is essential in preparing for a group project. I have come to
understand that cooperation among the group members is a vital element in enhancing
the quality of the project as well as to avoid clashes among the members. I have
learned that a successful project needs team collaboration so that there would be less
consummation of time in making the project. The suggestion of experts like teachers is
also necessary to avoid confusions.
