The following paper reflects on the experiences that I had gathered while working on the
research project that was assigned to the group. The paper attempts a discussion on the issues
that were faced by the group while composing the concerned research paper. The understanding
of the issues as have been highlighted through the composition of the paper with the help of the
proper understanding of the research and the compositional skills of the concerned team
members. The paper highlights the ways in which my contributions to the composition of the
concerned research paper that was assigned to us.
The paper that we were assigned as a part of the research assignments dealt with the
various issues as have been highlighted through the operations of the concerned organization.
The proper composition of the paper follows the proper selection of the issues that are
highlighted through the operations at Aldi. The selection of the topic was an important step that
helped in the composition of the paper. The selection of the topic helped in the selection of the
concerned research questions that would in turn help in the composition of the research paper.
The selection of the proper research questions had helped me in understanding the factors that
have been affecting the sustainability of the concerned organizations. The discussion regarding
the importance of the sustainability had helped us in the proper understanding of the ways in
which the sustainable practices undertaken by the business organizations affect the overall
development of the organization in the given markets as well as affects the satisfaction of the
clients who have been associated with the given organization. The creation of the team charter is
further known to have been another experience that helped the members of the team to gain a
better understanding of the team activities.
The literature review section that was included within the organization highlights the fact
that the research for the paper was conducted with the help of the various articles that discussed

the importance of the inclusion of the sustainability measures within the organizational
operations. The findings of the various factors that are related to the understanding of the issues
that have been useful in the understanding of the scenarios that are necessary for the composition
of the literature review. The team had collected a huge number of articles that were relevant to
the chosen research problem that was highlighted within the scenario. The chosen articles were
thereafter sorted according to the relevance of the issues that are highlighted within the paper.
The chosen articles highlighted the importance of the sustainability in terms of the issues that are
highlighted in terms of the maintenance of the sustainability within the given organization. The
summarization of the articles helped in the increase in the knowledge base regarding the issues
that are faced by the organizations in the maintenance of the sustainability within the given
markets as well. The composition of the literature review of the assignment has helped me gain a
better idea regarding the maintenance of the sustainability within the area as well.
The other part of the research project that helped me in increasing my knowledge base
refers to the composition of the discussion part that followed the analysis that have been
conducted. The research project that we were assigned was composed with the help of the mixed
methods of data collection and analysis. The mixed method of data collection highlighted the use
of both the questionnaires and the reviews of the literature that is existent within the given area
of study. The inclusion of the first hand data that was included within the study highlighted the
various practices that are maintained by the organization in terms of the sustainability within the
organization as well as the various ways in which the company would maintain an increase in the
engagement of the employees of the organization as well. The analysis of the collected data as
well as the composition of the discussion section of the paper helped me in gaining better
knowledge in terms of the issues regarding the maintenance of the sustainability practices within

the given organization. The inclusion of the proper analysis of the primary and the secondary
data helped in the understanding of the importance of the increase in the sustainability within the
company in the given markets.
The composition of the research paper had helped me in the understanding of the ways in
which the existing literature should be reviewed and analyzed in order to incorporate the
information that is required for the overall understanding of the importance of the sustainability
within the organization as well as the given international markets as well. The findings of the
various factors that are related to the understanding of the issues that have been useful in the

highlighted within the organization as well. This further helped me in the understanding of the

In lieu of the above discussion it might be stated that the researches that had been
undertaken both by me and the other members of the team highlighted the importance of the
proper research for the composition of a proper academic paper. This has also helped me gain a
better knowledge on the issues that occur due to the lack of the maintenance of the sustainability
within the international markets. The reflection on the composition of the paper has helped me
gain a better insight into the processes that should be maintained in order to compose a proper
academic paper.
