INTRODUCTION
In order to writing reflection report, it is very important to describing the reflection
through analysis. It assists to focus on the learning from the project in systematic manner.
Therefore, experience and elements are discussed to place it in creative manner. Reflective
writing helps to concentrate on the practices that are taken on the basis of experience. In this
regard, present report based on the reflective assessment on IT sector analysis. Therefore,
learning are based on its effective performances and objectives at workplace.
Reflective of learning
I did research on IT which gives the clear idea and the basic understanding of the various
component of the information and technology. The record on development of my ideas and
insight through weekly exercises. These can be the specific highlighted of weeks 1 of my
research. I had utilised strength in my study on the basis of various structure which can brings
more problems solving skill are fundamental to the success of everything which I had done
mostly when we are involving in different activities by dividing for better understanding of the
work. I had take part in the different game for my own betterment. From the activity I get to
know about my strength and weaknesses about different skill and attribute which are not form in
my attitude. I believe that qualities necessary for the better research here I got different thought
of the Mustard team and skills in which proper analytical mind, group and skills to stay calm
with the utilise of intelligences wich is totally required IT skill and knowledge to fit such
problems and I had used my academic knowledge to remove the issues. The three effective topic
in Information Technology researcher in the business such as Information system security which
involves management of information security in the firm. As I had secured my knowledge for the
better management and secure values and cultured, quick thinker to solve my problems. I had
faced a situation in my life where I try to make a client work which makes the problems in my
solution given to him. After that my credit card was blocked by concerning bank and urgently
required amount to solve the query of client which had already waited for the long hour to use
optical cable in the telecommunication purpose which is totally required the IT skill and
knowledge to fit such problems and I had used my academic knowledge to remove the issues.
The three effective topic in Information Technology researcher in the business such as
Information system security which involves management of information security in the firm. As

I had secured my knowledge for the better management and secure values and cultures. Another
is data and knowledge management which included how a data will be organised in information
technology system by providing the accurate outcomes. Later on social informer which will be
concern on the information and communication techniques in the various education institution.
Structural development of ideas
With the help of the present research, ideas develop that assists to meet with learning
towards the creative aspect. The problem statement of the research which is had discussed in my
report as the information technology used to solve the different problems in the business. I had
learned that a better frame of problems statement will make easy research task and formalise
various outcomes according to the statement of the problems. The various research made in the
past are short which give specific knowledge on different information and technology used in the
business to solve the problems of stakeholders. I had investigated properly on the information
system security which is a software to organised a specific data of the firm. In order to focus on
the present report, it can be determines that experience consist important part to make sure that
elements are placed in systematic manner in the business.
Mechanics and usage
Statistical and variable types in which the utilised in my day to day operation to
determine the mathematically application statics. When I used right data to tell any trends
happened in my past which can be useful by assuming happen in near future. The various
population and samples which can be used in my research to get the effective outcomes. As I had
used stratifies sampling which divided the population into various group based on traits and
research randomly selects from each group and its size. In the week third I had narrowed down
my research area and after that problems' statement will be derive in separately from the
literature review.
Content
In my problems statement which criticality describe the issues of research on the
information security system. I had observed that various techniques used to solve my problems. I
had identifies the various issues related the information and technology which are used in the
organisation. The effective rules and regulation are considered in my project which can brings
the best possible outcomes in my study. The important of my research study is to understand the

business for the better utilisation of the information and technology to secure and manage the
firms' data easily.
My research will be effective used for the various purpose such as citation tracking, successive
pearl and building blocks. From the collection of all the data on the information security system
which is interesting when I look on the outcomes. I get to know the effective videos and link for
my research. As result this research provide me some to effective mange the information
technology risk management. It will lead people to think about some IT services and supports
they have been using without even knowing if there is any threat in it. Most people are simply
using it because it is easier and this research will make them to think about it while doing their
projects and research on IT as well.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that IT sector is very wast which describes
about the creative aspects in the research. In this way, report summarised about the reflection
analysis towards the thinking and learning of mine through concentrate on the systematic work
performances. Moreover, it is articulated about the placement activities of the company.
