INTRODUCTION
Self reflective is the process to express personal experience while learning new things. It
is the ability to describe and reflect on one's act so as to engage in procedure of continuous
learning. Self reflective is brief introduction where a person easily describe their experience and
identify how it helped or changed them to grow (Johnston, 2017). Through reflection learning is
one of the most intriguing experienced that an individual have. The present report is based on
self reflective and outline the concept of leadership. It explain the experience of learning about
the current topic that is understanding the conception of leadership.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective Cycle -
This model help to encourage individual to think systematically about their experiences
they had during particular activity, event or situation (Reams and Reams, 2015). By using the
circle, reflection on personal experiences is structured in stages. It it often makes person think
about specific activity and condition in depth, making them able to adjust their behaviour and
aware of its own actions.
Description-
In class my teacher start a new chapter which is based on introduction of leadership, it
consist with two more chapters that is personal side of leadership and last one is leader as
relationships builder. Many students is present in class, where we all learn about leadership and
its importance, I understand the concept of chosen topic clearly which define its positive
outcome of situation. Me and my class mates gave ourselves enough time to learn more about
leadership which is beneficial for all of us. Teacher teach a lesson to all students in class,
students and teachers were include in this situation. In class we all are exited to learn leadership
skills, when teacher teach chapter we all focused on learning different styles of successful leader.
Feelings-
In this phase, person can express its thoughts and feelings that they had during situation. I
was in a class, where teacher start a new chapter, they teach us about basic introduction of
leadership consist the clear definition. For example, leadership is the procedure of operations and
actions, emotions and creativity of mind. Before I came in class, I was so happy and thought that
I had been learn new terms. When my teacher start teaching, I was not been able to understand
about current topic because at that movement I was not in presence of mind and less interested to

the whole concept I was quite unhappy and don't want to make efforts in actually. When I start
learning and reading book related to leadership, after end of class for me its quite interesting. My
interest in learning is increased, it help me to learn and understand leadership better than before.
I decide to read books, novel and old cases studies that help me to gain more knowledge about
leadership. When I think about leadership before teacher start discussion about it I never feel
how it is important for my learning. During discussion about leadership in class, I feel that when
I become a leader in group of students this learning helps to a lot, I can manage my team
effectively.
Evaluation-
Which approach work better and in what way? It can be difficult for me to be objective
about condition? Which method does not work well. When I was in class, during learning
process every thing is going well, teacher effectively teach us, they define different types of
leadership. I found my self less interested and confused about meaning of chapter 2 and also
found that other students were also feel the same, some of them discussing it more. Two students
in class room decided to not attend the whole session. In class teacher teach about the three
chapters which is based on leadership, during this period of time have a bad experience. I am not
interested in learning new thing, because I am frustrated and confuse. But after some time, I
realize that learning about leadership is one of the most essential think that helps me when I
become a leader in future. Students noise also distract my mind, and I was getting more
frustrated after some time I decide to communicate with them. The two students who decide to
not attend the class, I will contribute to conveyance them.

students learning abilities. Teaching style of my class teacher is good, they support each and
every student when they have any problem related to study, its a positive experience which I had
during the entire situation. But on the other hand, many students were not interested in learning,
they make group discussion that divert my mind and makes me enable to concentrate in class, it
can be stated as negative experience that I feel. When the situation is happen again in future, I
will communicate with my teacher and asked them to take strict action against those students
who make disturbance in class during learning. Due to lack of learning skills, I will not been
able to understand new concept and enable to learn about leaders and their leadership styles.
Thus, to improve my skills I will make an action plan which is based on developing abilities that
help in my personal career growth. Learning skills is very essential, when I was in class it helps
me to find new way of learning and thinking. It supports to develop a habit of searching new
topic that helps in career.
Action plan-
It is the final phase, where action is developed for further situations, I promise myself to
work effectively. When everything is going well I can fulfil my promise and follow in same way
next time. Moreover, when things is not going well, I make promise to my self not makes this
mistake again in future. I wish to develop my understanding in leadership and learn skills to
become as great leader in future. But due to lack of interest in class, I cannot been able to learn
which affect on my career growth. I believe that I need to create the effective action plan which
help to solve my issue. According to plan, I will make schedule in which I need to mention my
