INTRODUCTION
Each person has a skills and knowledge such as communication and problem solving that
helps to create effective PPT. Team leader is responsible to give appropriate training to all the
group members. There are various strategies to create effective presentation such as divides the
group into parts and assign the task to the team members. By doing these things gives more
efficiency to the work so that I can easily create attractive and valuable presentation.
PART 1
Based on the member ability the task should be assigned. By conducting meetings it can
help to identify the work status of the presentation in the team. For the effective team
presentation all members must have the ability to solve any problem because to create effective
presentation all the members must have skills such as communication and problem solving
(Malterud, 2012). I also divided the task in the 5 parts and give appropriate deadline for the task
completion. Group members has a responsibility to complete their task on the time (Haferkamp
and et.al., 2012).
From the meetings I easily identified the issues that are face by the team members. By
giving the training to the member they can easily create attractive presentation. Both meeting has
different characteristics to know the status of work. Appropriate guidelines and instruction helps
to solve a barrier in the group.
Through the Belbin theory is the way of measuring the member behaviour in their group so that
it helps to identify the member ability and then they can easily give task to them. Each member
must have the transferable skills for the effective communication. It helps to increase the work
efficiency in the team.
PART 2
By giving appropriate environment to the members so that they can easily share ideas to
them. In the meetings each member can give ideas to create effective and efficient presentation.
For the effective presentation the leader has a responsibility to give guidelines to the team
members so that the can easily create PPT (Andrews and et.al., 2013). All the members has a
responsibility to complete their task based on the timeline (Rui and Stefanone, 2013). I prepared
the time scale for the task and divide the work according to a member ability.
I found different types of problems during the group presentation such as I felt frustrated to
mange the entire team at the same time. They are not able to manage their task according to the
