Reflection
This reflection is based on Gibs reflective cycle, my previous project is based on
leadership style of Mark Zuckerberg. During this project I developed communication, ICT and
time management skills, that help for further work practices. In earlier task, I learned how to find
out the key terms, that help to search topics and informations related to project. From previous
project, Power point presentation is required which I need to prepare with good ICT skills. While
making this presentation I develop my technical skill that enhance my performance with the
latest technology much better than before. By developing this ability I am able to prepare
effective presentation of my work with proper description in bullet point. It improves my
engagement with different techniques, with the help develop ICT skill I can retain knowledge for
further projects. It also helps to search content related to topic quickly without consuming time,
and provide in depth data efficiently. Along with this, Development of ICT skill during earlier
work save time while conducting further investigation. I also develop time management abilities,
during previous task in which I had to analyse the leadership styles of Zuckerberg. From earlier
project, I decided to divide activities within team according to their abilities for completing work
on time with better outcomes and final conclusion. During this procedure, I develop time
management skills, that help to deliver work on time, allocating the finite time to project help me
complete them on period. Furthermore, throughout the development of this skill I can manage
workload in most systematic manner in the future. Time management skills also support to
provide better quality of work (Owen, 2016). In additional to this, I can develop more skills such
as problem solving and team work that support when I am working on other projects.
Development of time management skill is quite beneficial for my work, it enhances my
productivity as well as efficiency. It makes me more effective rather than before as working
professional, this ability is helpful in helping me complete further project as early as possible
without compromising on work quality. Development of this skill during previous project, allow
freeing from stress and anxiety. With the help of time management skills, I can be punctual with
my work that increase effectiveness and help to earn good reputation at workplace.
In context of earlier project, I feel very happy and excited to participate because it is my
first project with team of people. I was excited to find out more information related to leadership
styles of Mark Zuckerberg. The excitement is too high rather than the other members in group, I

feel that Zuckerberg is most amazing person who brought major change in world of social
networking, he is introvert by nature and other CEOs. Searching of data and information about
specific topic is quite difficult to do, I feel the same in previous module in which the requirement
of searching is high. I tried to do a lot of things for collecting data relate to project but it is
challenging task that impact on overall procedure and makes work more complicated. I feel
difficulties specially when I get starting my practices. While this situation I feel that
development of team work skills is very essential that enhance motivational level and reduce
stress over one person. I feel overwhelmed due to too much work, it hampers my productivity
and health as well which is not good. But with the help of developing time management skills I
can effectively reduce my stress. I also feel that leadership styles is so important to become a
successful leader or entrepreneur, while conduct earlier project. I learned during previous work,
that leadership styles become more effective at leading others. I gain more knowledge about the
same thing that provide direction to develop further plans and goals of work. I feel that team
work is most important factor that affect outcomes of work. ICT skills makes me able to use
range of technologies in further professional career.
With this I evaluate that possessing research skills are very important for me to work
effectively and efficiently for collecting authentic information about Mark Zuckerberg. But with
this research I realized that there was lack of comparing two websites which created a lost of
problem (Külske and Rozikov, 2017). It is so because of the reason that there were various
sources and websites which has number of information. This I was realized when two sources
has provided same information about leadership skills of Marks Zuckerberg. But, I have not
stopped and do hard work for improved my research skill when I was collecting information
about Marks Zuckerberg and its leadership style. This also lead the wastage of time and created
issues for managing time during the research. Through that I have learned that leadership skills
of Marks Zuckerberg are very effective and attractive which are liked by every employee and
followers. During the work, I have faced various problem in that I have take the best decision for
solve this problem by critical thinking. I realized that easier problem I solved easily but critical
problem I nervous because I was though it would be the wrong decision and work is reflected
wrong outcome. In that group member and seniors helped me out to select and create the best
decision in critical situation. Through that I have learned that group and team work has more

important for completing work. That helped to me for developed and improved my team work
skills through contributing and making proper collaboration with team members.
With the analysis the situations I realized that working in group is more beneficial as
compared to working individually. This is because of the reason that while working the group we
can take help of other person at the time when we needed for work and required help. I have
analysed that every individual has the different aspects and style to complete work. This other
characteristic in which the other person is good and this helped me in gaining knowledge from
that person as well (Bitencourt-Ferreira and de Azevedo, 2018). On the other side,
communication has also important part of report which of the better and effective result of work.
When research has completed about leadership style of Marks Zuckerberg, I have analysed that
they have effective communication skills which has important for communicate information to
employees for working on time and quality manner.
In the end is can be concluded that employability skills were very helpful and effective
for managing work. This helpful for enhancing the knowledge relating to the leadership style of
Marks Zuckerberg. It was also concluded that this is not easy to find better and effective
information form the various sources but I have completed better and effective work on this.
Through that I have developed my time management skills, research skills, team working and
collaborative skills (Cheung and Bansal, 2017). On the other side, I stilled required improvement
in some skills such as lack of comparing between two websites, communication skills and
critical thinking which will developed by action plan.
On the basis of above discussion, it is concluded that during entire research work my
number of skills get developed like ICT which is also known as information communication
technology. Now, I become able to make effective use of power point presentations and Excel as
well as MS Word. I also develop my team work skills and in better way I coordinate with the
team members which make me more efficient then before. Due to better coordination I easily
solve most of problems. It is well known fact that coordination also leads to sharing of
knowledge. Thus, gaining of knowledge play crucial role in increasing my ability to solve
problem faced during project.
