EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With the help of this study, we will find out the different skill development. There are different
types of core skills that are performed by different peoples. The reason behind this study is to
analyze human behavior in a different department. The way of doing work with different skill in
the organization can solve all the problems related to work. Through feedback, a person can
easily analyze their negative feedback. And they try to improve their work with the help of
feedback. Time management is most important because without time management you will not
do your work in a well and proper manner. This will also help to reflect the current competence
regarding different skill. Time management will help to make your work smarter due to this your
work will be done very quickly with less time. After receiving feedback it will develop the self-
assessment in the learning process. Teamwork means to stand together or work together to
achieve a particular goal. Negotiation is processed by which people settle the difference. For
avoiding the dispute and avoiding argument negotiation skill is important. There is much
different theory are there related to weakness and strength. In life and at the working premises
determining the important and not important factors with the help of this theory it was told about
that time management is most important.

Time management is a future-oriented process. The person will be organized and plan your
activity for a long period of time. This will also divide your time for organizing or planning a
business activity (Arkadin Blog Team, 2017). Time management will help to make your work
smarter due to this your work will be done very quickly with less time. And this will also help
when you have lots of work in less time. If the organization will not set their time
management then they will suffer from many issues and they have to face many problems.
From my point of view, this is the most important part of any type of organization (Arkadin
Blog Team, 2017).

For the specific activity, the time management will plan and control by the management of the
company. I was able to identify the different task, specific goals and some projects must be
given in different business activity. With the help of effective features, I was able to take the
concept of the systems (Arkadin Blog Team, 2017). I think time management is important for
the success of the business. With the help of Time management, I can also manage my work
and make the most of it. At the time of emergency, I can also handle the various activities
with the help of time management. The reason for selecting this skill for me to help me in

focus on my target. I was always preferred to make my work on time so that I will easily do

Time management help for developing an effective strategy for maintaining a balance
between the demand and the supply. With the help of Self-assessment of each and every
individual can help to analyze the good and the bad activity for the business (Belbin,2010).
The Feedback from phrases theory tells about the time management is it can develop a plan to improve
the work. This will help me to focus on my target. I was always preferred to make my work on time so
that I will easily do my further work. With the help of two theories, I will help in managing the time
and get a more positive result for measuring the style of the work (Belbin,2010).

time management, I can also set my goals and objective of the business. This type of skill will

free for a long period of time then you will take a better action on the resource and utilized

What is the core skill to develop?
Receiving feedback is the most important to find out the preference of the customer. This
includes huge thoughts of expression. With the help of this skill, we will maintain an equal
balance between the judgments and practices that are mainly to be maintained in the
organization (VARK, 2017). After receiving feedback it will develop the self-assessment in
the learning process. This will also fill the gap between the current and the desired
performance of the company.

Receiving feedback is just like you have to improve yourself as compared to setting faults at
other persistence. If I will receive huge feedback from others then my skill will not get the
peer to have well knowledge of the capability with the help of facial expression, motivate the
nature of the listeners and the body language are all reliable with the facilities (VARK, 2017).
With the help of feedback, I was able to improve my-self as compare to analyzing the nature
of the other person with their capability. Johari Window technique is very useful because
with the help of these people will understand the relationship with them self in a better way
(Stone and Heen 2015)

the validity and the thoughts of the people. With the help of receiving feedback, my skills are
enabling peers to tutors to gain a well and proper understanding of my capability(Stone and
Heen 2015). With the help of this, I can easily identify the facial expression, motivate our
listeners and identify the body language of the other people. The main role which the Johari
Window play is that with the help of receiving feedback with different technique will help to

understand the nature of their relationship with themselves in the better way (Stone and Heen
2015). Feedback was helping me to find or my faults as compared to setting fault at other
persistence. When you are receiving feedback it is compulsory to focus on the area which is
notbe able to know to self. While I am doing my work I have faced many issues related to my
work. Due to this, the judgment was passed on me and on the basis of that judgment I receive
feedback (Stone and Heen 2015). On the basis of that feedback, I can easily signify human
behavior on the basis of their work. With the help of this theory, I can build a group of people
after analyzing the behavior of the individual person. And this will also build their proper
personality traits. With the help of this assessment, 360-degree feedback is finding for the
individual (Stone and Heen 2015).

The weakness in developing this skill in me to analyze that the moment a particular person
receives feedback through the extensive can relate to the defensive or hostile means with the
account taken. While I receive feedback I faced many issues of the anxiety (Riebe et
al.,2010). With the help of peers and tutors that will provide me a positive development in me.
But this was analyzing that few people are taking a compliment into a negative way. This will
decrease the people intention and chances of blaming others with the acceptable pattern
(Riebe et al.,2010).

This skill will help me in the future because this skill is realist and natural. These will also
represent any human being behavior. This can add positive or negative to the prospects of my
personal life (Riebe et al.,2010). This will help me to analyze how powerfully works done by
others and the dignity of the people. After receiving feedback this will also help to develop
the results that are required to be amended.

What is the core skill to develop?
Team working is the most important part of any type of business. Teamwork means to stand
together or work together to achieve a particular goal. In my working place, it is compulsory
to perform different activity with the help of these workers can join and develop their own
individual skill (Riebe et al.,2010). This is the most beneficial because it will provide the
product to the organization. The individual person will not get the richness of the task; it is the
group performance in which each and every group of people are working together for
achieving an organizational goal. For my project, I always try to use this type of skill for the
improvement of my work (Riebe et al.,2010).

This type of skill feels me happy because it will make my work well- structured format.
Teamwork is just like different activities which are done by each and every individual group
of people. And their main target is to achieve the organizational goal. In each organization, an
active team member is most important (Riebe et al.,2010). I always try to motivate my
teamwork in order to gain more profit gain efficiency, communication and analyze the idea of
the people. To gain the opportunity for the task the personal and professional growth of the
person is utilized. With the organizational divides, it will motivate multiple actions (Riebe et
al.,2010). The Tuckman stages of the group development help in summarizing the effective
teamwork.

My weak point is my technical knowledge and experience. The Belbin Theory gives a self-
perception of the monetary role in the team. With the help of this theory, I can also build a
team on the basis of their knowledge and their behavior. And their main target is to achieve
the organizational goal. In each organization, an active team member is most important (Riebe

et al.,2010). I always try to motivate my teamwork in order to gain more profit gain
efficiency, communication and analyze the idea of the people. 360-degree feedback
assessment is included in this. It is very important to me because though this problem is
solved and the workers are working in a team. This theory also helps to gain more aspects and
managing the ideas within the group (Riebe et al.,2010). This type of skill help me positively
in each and every individual and motivate them to do their work with full of energy.

enhance the performance and intellects of others.

In the case of good negotiating skills, this will enhance the performance and intellects of
others. Negotiation is processed by which people settle the difference. For avoiding the
dispute and avoiding argument negotiation skill is important (Valley,2015). It helps in
building better relationships. I have tried to avoid creating unpleasantness for myself.

Ineffective manner, I can widely enhance the business with the help of negotiation. The main
and most important key competency of the negotiation (Valley,2015). This skill was adapted
by me to boost the coordination of difference directing communication and the ability to
change the negotiation game. When you are negotiating with others you have to conduct the
conflict based questionnaire. While dealing with others this is very important for me
(Valley,2015).

When I analyze that I have a lack of confidence some time overconfidence and many more
then I apply to implement the theory. Sometimes I was disappointed with my performance.
