EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With the help of this study, we will find out the different skill development. There are different
types of core skills that are performed by different peoples. The reason behind this study is to
analyze human behavior in a different department. The way of doing work with different skill in
the organization can solve all the problems related to work. Through feedback, a person can
easily analyze their negative feedback. And they try to improve their work with the help of
feedback. Time management is most important because without time management you will not
do your work in a well and proper manner. This will also help to reflect the current competence
regarding different skill. Time management will help to make your work smarter due to this your
work will be done very quickly with less time. After receiving feedback it will develop the self-
assessment in the learning process. Teamwork means to stand together or work together to
achieve a particular goal. Negotiation is processed by which people settle the difference. For
avoiding the dispute and avoiding argument negotiation skill is important. There is much
different theory are there related to weakness and strength. In life and at the working premises
determining the important and not important factors with the help of this theory it was told about
that time management is most important.

others. Negotiation is processed by which people settle the difference. For avoiding the
dispute and avoiding argument negotiation skill is important (Valley,2015). It helps in
building better relationships. I have tried to avoid creating unpleasantness for myself.
