INTRODUCTION
Reflective Journal refers to the use of a wide range of methods and techniques through
which a detailed account of the past experience can be provided in the right manner which can be
quite useful for the purpose of taking appropriate decisions effectively and efficiently (Adeani,
Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). Its preparation becomes quite essential so that the improvements
can be made if necessary. Therefore, its preparation becomes quite important so that the
management of the wide range of needs and requirements as a working professional can be
carried out. In this report, a detailed and specific focus will be made on the use of methods and
techniques in order for reflecting back on the past experience.
MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a Working Professional who has worked in multiple organizations.
Therefore, I want to reflect back on my experience and the learning experience from the work
done in these particular organizations effectively and efficiently which will help me a lot in the
future.
While working in the various types of organizations, I have made sure that I make the use
of Skill Development to be able to enhance the skills quite effectively and efficiently in a proper
manner (Ahmed, 2020). I have made sure that I develop the following skills-
Teamwork Skills- These are the skills which are quite important and should be used
appropriately so that the development of the teams can be done in the right manner. I
have made the use of these skills a lot in the organizations where I have worked so that
the development of teams can be done to attain the goals and objectives.
Analysis and Interpretation Skills- These skills are quite important to be used so that
the overall Analysis and Interpretation of the situations can be carried out in a proper
manner. I have ensured that I make a proper use of these skills effectively and efficiently
for helping in the attainment of the organizational goals and objectives in the future.
Further, I have also identified that there are different types of areas where I require
making improvement so that I can attain my future goals and objectives in a proper way. These
areas are explained as follows-

Efficiency and Effectiveness- I have to improve my overall efficiency and effectiveness
in a proper way so that I am able to develop myself in the right way. This will help me a
lot in attaining my professional goals and objectives.
Cooperation and Coordination- I need to make sure that I bring improvement in
Cooperation and Coordination which will therefore help in ensuring my development in
the future (Alrashidi and et.al., 2020). Therefore, this will help me a lot in attaining
professional success in the future.
Use of Feedback- It is essential that the feedback is obtained in workplace so that the
own assessment can be carried out in a proper manner. It can be used to identify the
following-
Strengths- I am a good leader who can make the use of the leadership skills quite
effectively and efficiently so that I can lead the team in a proper manner. Also I am quite
adaptable in nature which therefore provides an advantage to me.
Achievements- I have ensured that I manage the wide range of needs and requirements
which are related with the organization by using my leadership skills effectively and
efficiently. I have motivated my team members in such a way so that they are able to
work in a better way and make a better contribution.
Distance Travelled- I have made sure that I have made the right progress by working in
different positions in various organizations. This has helped me a lot in ensuring that I am
able to manage my needs and requirements in a better way.
The way in which Personal Professional Development can impact the work performance-
Its use can be done so that the overall assessment of oneself can be carried out (Chan, Wong and
Luo, 2021). Therefore, in this way the required level of help can be provided so that the
attainment of the goals and objectives can be carried out. This is so because a person can make
sure that the scope of improvements can be identified and assessed and therefore the right steps
can be taken so that the improvements can be made as and when required which will help a lot in
the future.

quite well in my job role in my current organization. However I have to make sure that I find out
the scope for improvement and therefore I am able to effectively and efficiently improve myself
in a better manner (Fatimah and et.al., 2021). Further, I need to make the use of Action Planning
for the purpose of ensuring that I am able to take the right actions and thus attain my future goals
and objectives in a right way. I will be able to bring out the required improvements in a proper
way.
Skills Development Record & Work-based Feedback- The use of both of them will be
made by me because this will help me a lot in making the desired improvements in myself.
Therefore, in this way I will be able to improve myself and make better contribution towards the
organization and this will help me in attainment of success in the future.
Principles of Organizational Theory-
There are various types of Principles of Organizational Theory. In Organizational theory
there is an involvement of the following- Small-Batch Production, Large-Batch Production,
Classical Theory, Neoclassical Theory and Centralisation vs Decentralisation. It is therefore
quite important to make sure that the their use is made so that the overall level of efficiency and
effectiveness within the organization can be improved. This will therefore help the organization

Principles of Organizational Practice-
There are Five P's in an organization. These are- Purpose, Philosophy, Priorities,
Practices and Projections. It is quite important to make sure that the consideration is provided to
all of them which will therefore help the organization to be able to enhance the overall efficiency
and effectiveness. Thus, it is crucial that the management of the needs and requirements in an
organization is carried out.
The managers of an organization should make sure that they are able to properly use
these principles so that the appropriate management of the organizational processes is carried out
which will help in bringing the required level of improvements in the future. Therefore, it is quite
necessary to make sure that the implementation of the principles is done effectively and
efficiently so that the goals and objectives are attained (McLeod and et.al., 2020).
Critical analysis of Work-based performance-
According to me, it is quite important that the Work-based performance is assessed in the
right manner effectively and efficiently so that the attainment of the organizational objectives is
done. Therefore, it is highly essential and important that the improvement in the Work-based
performance can be carried out so that the overall level of efficiency and effectiveness can be
enhanced (Muchnik-Rozanov and Tsybulsky, 2021).
Thus, I will make sure that I am able to identify the way in which I can improve it so that
I can help in the attainment of the organizational objectives. This will not only help in brining
improvements in myself but this will also lead towards a better management of the various
resources of the organization quite effectively and efficiently. Thus, it becomes quite important
that the Work-based performance is improved by taking the appropriate steps which will thus
help a lot in contributing towards the attainment of organizational success in the future (Rhodes
and Brook, 2021).

CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that Reflective Journal refers to a log of
reflections which can be made by a person so that the past experience can be recounted in an
appropriate way. It is quite important to make sure that the use of Reflective Journal is made so
that the scope of improvements can be identified and thus the improvements can be made as and
when necessary which will help a person a lot in the future. Thus, it becomes necessary that its
preparations is done quite appropriately for the purpose of attaining the goals and objectives.
