With references to my coursework I learned and experienced lot of aspect regarding
reflection and its model along with its applicability. I also learned that how with the use of
reflective model I can express my thoughts and ideas. I also learned the value and the role of the
emotions.
I feel good and knowledgeable when I go through this coursework. I learned about
myself and my level of knowledge also raised. I feel informative at the completion of this
coursework.
I was good at communication in terms of reflecting my thoughts and emotions. This
aspect I came to know when I performed the reflective model that I was very good at reflecting
my thoughts and expressions.
I was weak in expressing my feeling easily. I came to know about this when I get the
knowledge regarding emotions and its importance.
From this experience I learned a lot related with the taught subject and coursework. I
came to experience the real frameworks of reflection and models and its usage in practical life.
The thing that could be done differently is to have a change in the teaching mode and
aspect with regard to the coursework. This means that more detailed and clear expectation
related with the practical approach is being expected by me.
In order to improve my employability and skills I need to focus and work over the
emotions explanation and better presentation skill. I also need to improve my presentation skill
by which I would be able to express my ideas and thoughts in more clear and expressive manner.
