Topic identification
I only had some concept of what was going on when we were receiving a team project
and was confused as to the nature of the project. My professor and my other team
partners however ensured that I would start to understand things if I had patience. I
have learned a lot of new things about efficient team management and its values with
my strategy to "Effective team leadership on the worldwide market with a case study on
Tesco." we noticed that it is important to read other publications and articles to get
insight for a research topic. By conducting many types of research we could figure out a
good topic for our project and then create a plan for the implementation of the project.
To conduct the research, I also created several research questions. I found out what I
did after we began to do a study project, I began thinking about my own thoughts or
taking the thoughts that my other team members proposed to me and putting them to
work. I started to conduct research and gather more information and I also had an
efficient method of comparing outcomes in a comparable way and in some other way
(Silverman, 2016).

Literature review
With Tesco's case study, I have learned a lot of data regarding efficient team
management in the global market. I believe that this will help me to undertake better
research into future tasks. I believe I've really well-included graphics in this task. In
many respects, the review of the literature was hard. We first needed an abstract to
summarize our report's objective and to include phrases from each paragraph which
help in conducting a better summary. Next was the introduction to the problem and the
background data to support the problem. This is also where I have included my
questions and my thesis focused on the subject. Each question and all supporting
paragraphs were included in the body that answered the question. I have been able to
discover a lot of research and present facts supporting the problem. Finally, the
conclusion was made which create a base of knowledge to further develop and explore
ideas in order to better understand the matter. I've been learning many things I haven't
known before about my subject (Bryman, 2016).

Research methodology
Without research methodology, no research can be conducted. Working on research
methodology is the best part of the research. I liked to use a different kind of research
methodology to gather deep and realistic knowledge. The research methodology is a
way of discovering the results of a certain issue on a particular subject or issue, which is
also called a problem of study. I use various criteria in the methodology to solve and
search for the issue. I used various sources by using various techniques in order to
resolve the issue. I always tried to attempt to systematically search the question itself
and discover all the responses until completion. If a study does not operate on the issue
systematically, the final outcome could be discovered less. I faced in research project
many issues that can be solved efficiently by using proper research methods (Flick,
2018). I used kinds of methods to discover more and more data such as sampling
technique, data collection methods, hypothesis, qualitative and quantitative
methodology. I also used the questionnaire technique for collecting data from samples.

Distilling the findings from the data
In order to broaden the company globally, I discovered that efficient team management
is the most essential. It is difficult to create effective working groups when everybody is
local and individuals have the same office room. But, when other team members from
distinct nations and functional backgrounds are working in distinct places, there can be
rapid degeneration of communication, misunderstandings, and distrust of collaboration.

Writing up the Project Report
I saw this work in five parts, the first was planning. This part was one of the hardest
because I attempted to match my thoughts on a subject and data about which I wanted
to write. I started researching once I determined my subject. Research and reading
began to be interesting as I learned about teams and companies globally. I liked to
research and sample myself because I felt that I was able to contribute to the sector and
generate something fresh through this study. My preferred part was actually to write an
outline because it was like a map. The fourth section, because of my thorough
description, was simple to write and I was amazed to see how fast I filed pages.
Although I was nervous, I was glad to provide other team members with my data. I had
an exciting subject, and from my lecture, they learned precious data (Venkataraman,
2019).

Reflection
As I reflected on the experience of writing a thesis, I realized, at least most, that I really
liked the process. I am the kind of individual who loves to learn and always tries to learn
in and from class. This is why I went into this optimistic process on a subject of my
choice, particularly with a passion for studying stuff related to my main and future
career. Although I originally didn't have much concept about teams and global
companies, I can say that I understand more about teams and global companies after
I've been reviewing papers and publications. While it was sometimes difficult to
motivate myself to do the work, I enjoyed all the research and writing and found the
work to be far more manageable than I thought (McKenney and Reeves, 2018).
I was then given sufficient time to examine every paper and read it to get a good
understanding of marketing and foreign markets in the modern company world, through
the guidelines and support of my team members. To break the tale, the methodology
was chosen as the most difficult aspect of the studies. That, after having learned all
elements of methodology such as approaches, approach, philosophy and information
collection, I did in the course of reading books and other materials. I've been forced to
select case studies.
