INTRODUCTION
The reflective is based on the three key skill such as follows:
 Time Management skills
 Interpersonal communications
 Networking
Team work
I believe in the team work. It work more effectively and the outcomes will be rationalised
in my work. The team had done the various task on the different day. On Friday my team has
decided to allocate the task. On 3rd November I realised that team work is not easy and we can
never meet at the same time because of the time management. On first meeting only two member
took part including myself. I have to talk my all the team members on the various day for
achieving better outcomes in our task.
Time management
I know time management is the important skill that brings person more successful in their
filed. Time management required various skill which has to be ensure that more priority will be
given to the task which important for me to management to accomplish the different work to get
effective output. Before any plan it ensures that time management skill should be given
importance on the basis of urgent and important. In my opinion urgent task required immediate
attention in order to achieve objectives. I do the best way to manage my time with all the efforts
have been done to bring the best possible work. I will applied the priority matrix to understand
the time management which can help in my personal life as well professional career. Form the
matrix first action should be taken on basis of the relevant information which has high
importance for me. After that I have to take action next on the high importance task which is on
my priority matrix. The next step will be how urgent is task for me can be simplified easily to
understand the task which is necessary to take action or delayed. But some task are not at all
important for me to take any action which can shows low urgency. Time management will help
to achieve all the objective which are important for any successfully person required to do
various things.

Afterwards, it is important for me find a distraction fee workspace where I can work with full
concentration. Without concentration nothing can be happen so it will be best to make the
accomplish various task. To prevent unwanted and unintentional distractions which can be
hindrance in my work. So I will plan my action in better manner and without any distraction
near to me. I will try to manage my time to understand my requirement of future. As I will crave
up time into block which can help to assign a specific task. Once I will get task which is
important for me to implement my plan. The time management plan have to set on the basis of
my interest area and activity should be based on the certain gap so I will get time for other
activity which is not important but which required some time for accomplish. If the plan will be
easily made than next step is to set and achieve my milestone for the better career. Because of all
the task which I have to complete can not be possible in one single block. The key milestone
which is most important for me will be reviews for my performance in the different areas.
According to the time management skill I can be discipline in my personal and professional
career. In future growth and development time management will help me to make impression on

my subordinates. The best way to review my performance can be collect feedback from the
people who I have work wit them and the next step will be to check plan and reviews on the
basis of the situation analysis. So I have to focus on the better thing which can be help in the
time management for the effective decisions. .
Interpersonal communication
The next skill is the interpersonal communication skill which can be important for me
and help to understand the people. I need to communicate with the people on the basis of certain
skill will be more valuable and reputation in the community which will be helpful in my personal
and professional career. As the interpersonal communication will help to get attention of the
people as will to understand and share my problem in better manner. It will give more aware
about other people in different situation ad I can give better suggestion to them to solve out their
problems. I will try to communicate more and more people get the better feedback from the to
change my habit and way of speaking in different situation. Interpersonal skill will be the best
way to communicate with other and convey to bring the better way to bring the better situations
in terms of community will be help for the getting various analysis of the personal and
professional career(Griffin, 2013). My facial expression, gesture and body language can help to
make different personalty in the society. If I am working in somewhere than its my role to
understand the people in better manner. Either it will give m the better and effective decision can
be taken from the interpersonal communication in my personal and professional career.
Communication will be help to convey the effective message which I can make the process form
the other person. In the interpersonal communication their is situation milieu will be more
helpful in my social and physical environment. Interpersonal communication will be most
important part for me to achieve certain objectives. Form my facial expression I can try to
communicate as per the different level to understand the best short temper people. Some of the
interpersonal skill that I have to considered in my lifestyle. First I will try to bring two way
communication in which can be easy for me to make effective conversation with others. It will
be more better for me to get the people around me to understand their problems. Second skill
that I have to consider is listening skill which will be effective for me to understand the people
to know their problem in effective manner. Listening is the best skill that I have to changes as I
never bother about if someone share their problem because my listening skill are not that much
effective which can be the important for me to change various perspective . Their parallel

language will be drastically diminishing. I know the capacity will be limited and cause of
information overload. Also the short attention span will be control myself. I think attention is
selective because to will be missing the whole process which is I have ton try to bring the best
possible communications. Reading the sign will be another interpersonal skill which can be
helpful to know the secretive person as well no one can hide anything in with me If will try to
analysis these skill in different manner. I need to focus on the verbal and non verbal
communication will be helpful for me to know the emotion of the other to understand society.
Because it is important for me to know the society which can be more helpfully in my career to
improve the interpersonal skill. I had heard somewhere that great mind know how to use
question s to communicate message with others in better manner. That things I need to learn
from the people and my friends which can be the more easier for me to take better decision.
Their are various types of question which I have to consider in my plan to improve my
interpersonal communication as the open question and leading question which will be beneficial
for me to start the conversation with others. My aim to build their relationship with other to
bring the better networking. My interpersonal communication m skill will be better If I will focus
on the people way of talking and their action which can be beneficial. So I will take help form
my senior to improve my interpersonal skill in a effective manner.
Networking
The next skill that I have to considered is Networking which can be the most important to
build the relationship with the the person who already in a better position or whom I can learn
various things which can be the most important for me to make my career in better direction. I
know network will be the net worth for me which will help me in my personal and professional
career. Networking can be the various types which I will be focus on the better system in terms
as the bushiness network when I will be in the position for doing any business in my career all
the people who re connect and associated with me will be my network part. The next types of
networking will be online or social networking where I need to connect with each and every
person and communicate with them whenever I need to ask anything. These can be the most
important networking for me and I know that digital platform will give more networking to me
around the globe. If my network will be large that it will be help me out in a different
perspective to better growth and development in the my personal and professional career. But I
need to improve my networking skill with various step to make more impression in the society.

first I have to set the mind to talk each and every person in a decent manner. No matter whom I
am trying to build the relationship but will treat equally as friend instead of making a wrong
perception about others. So it important for me set the mind for making strong networking with
the effective conversation with the others. The next step is the destination where I want to reach
in my life and to whom I can take the help to start my journey in one direction. It can easily
understand that doing something for the sake is rarely a better idea. I will be the most important
person for others and achieve the success only when I will reach at destination with high
networking(Adler, Elmhorst and Lucas, 2012). I need set my dream job and planing to reach at
what level at the best direction. I need to write my goals and objective which is important for me
to achieve with the help and get the suggestion from the other people who are in my networking.
The next step will be the clear map of final destination which can be the part of my life. I need to
set the short term and long term objective which can bring the powerful strategy with the
networking action plan which can be understand to connect with my networking for achieving
the set objectives. The next step will be to build a human connection to understand the emotion
and feelings of other which I never try to give much importance. The real connection will give
each idea about my power of networking which can be important for me in various factor as I
need to ask insightful question to know about other perception and though process. I have to ask
better question to other and get the better answer in which I can get the real feedback from the
others. These will help me out to create the best possible outcomes in my personal and
professional career. Also I have to pay attention on the others to understand their problems and
emotion which will give opportunity to make more better impression in front of them. The next
step will be the super connecting with networking which can help me to rapid growth and
development with the introducing with the other people who can give more benefits to me. As I
know these strategies will help me out in the better network building and that skill will be benefit
in my personal and professional career.
CONCLUSION
From the reflective it can be easily concluded that I have to focus on the three skill such
as Time management skill, Interpersonal skill and Networking. From the time management skill
I can be discipline and punctual in my work which will be beneficial to manage each and every
task I better manner. Also me networking skill are not effective which I can solve with the
consideration of all the step as per the setting my objectiveness. I know interpersonal

communication skill will be the most important aspect to achieve success in and higher growth
and development in the personal and professional career.
