Context Your ability to work with children in ways that raise awareness of Aboriginal
culture
The following
is a description
of what
happened.
According to the Julie King (2013) in context to the raising awareness of the
Aboriginal culture, that is importance to have the knowledge of effective
communication skills and practice methods. That is also important for the
practitioner to be aware about the history of the white and Aboriginals
engagement and their culture. They should also possess the knowledge of the
cultural safety. There should be the development of the respectfulness
relationship between the community (McAdam, 2019).
Critical
reflection
For this study I have analysed that as teacher that is my responsibility to
increase the awareness of the aboriginal culture and for this I should posse or
develop the key skills of the effective communication so that I can make
student understand it clearly, then in other hand one of the most important
thing is the knowledge of the Aboriginals cultural, white engagement history.
Practitioner must focus on building the effective and respectful relationship
with the community through which we can make the clear understanding of
the culture and explain it the students.
Theory,

ethical practice
Modern child development theory and the social work theory are key
theories of the child education according to which culture play important role
in the child senses identity and belongingness, with guidance of this teacher
must educate children about culture. In the social work theory this agreeable
with the ecological perspective, this is suggesting that all people are living
beings for them culture is the key mediator between people and their social
environment. With the influence of which education system focus on the
cultural education of the student (Bloemraad, I., 2018).

based approach, know your students and how they learn. Know the content
and how to teach it. CRT culturally responsive teaching is one of the most
important teaching standard according to that teacher must research to
make the meaningful connections between what student learn in school and
their culture.

. There was less explicit conceptualisation about the pedagogical
leading encompasses. In this, it has been observed that there is
uncertainty along with frustration within many principles who are not
having sure that they should turn expectancies into practical leading
actions. In this, with the help of collaboration and partnership, this
allows to get better learning about the teaching to children.

is a description
of what
happened.
As per the previous time, understanding regards with the technology use
within the children play show some experience which help to play
essential role in the early childhood education. In this, the world
economic forum which help to highlight the pressing which is based on
21st century regards with the skill gap which is related with the digital
revolution and the ways that educate and research towards the global
level which can address through the technology. In this, the component
o0f the 21st century have a skill framework which mainly include
collaboration, communication and critical thinking which is related with

the problem solving, capitalise on teacher by use of appropriate
technology and they hold enormous promise which develop critical skill
in young children (Jovanovic and et. al., 2018)

In this, the interaction of the young children towards the media and
digital technology boost them for the new learning trends. As per the
rising generation the need of knowledge related with the digital
technologies is essential because it help to develop knowledge which is
required by the current scenario. In this, the teacher and the educator

creating the understanding regards with the digital knowledge. It takes
prolong time to implement because the digital technologies in early
childhood may create complication which may harm the mental state of
