Executive summary
I have prepared this report on the basis of three challenges which I have taken with my
team members in order to learn the communication skills, time management, Team work
because it helps to growth in my career and perform business function effectively. On that basis
performed business functions with the help of these skills and accordingly planned SMART
objective which attained within time frame and move forward in future.
INTRODUCTION
Students and professional takes various challenges in life so accordingly learn the various
skills in order to perform well and all these skills helps in career development and explore new
opportunities (Ariyananda, 2020). The paper consist various challenges and includes different
skill as well as these skills helps to perform effectively. It includes various business functions
which used in these challenges because they smoothly attained the goal and objective. On that
basis I have planned SMART objectives which help in career growth.

I have taken three challenges in order to improve my learning skill and all these skills help
in my professional career as well as growth of my career. There are three challenges which are
discussed below.
Apprentice challenges-: These is my first challenges on that basis learn the various things it
includes different kind of skills which helps in my career growth and career development. Under
these challenges learn these basic skills which essential for any student and professional.
Communication skills-: These are skill which essential to learn because it helps in career
advancement and exploit new career opportunities. I have learnt these skills in these
challenges because it improves the sentence framing and easily communicate to another
person (Baek, 2020).
Teamwork-: These skills plays vital role under these skills because when I am take these
challenges so gathered the all team members and divided work with each team member
in order to easily achieving target and my team members corporate with them and
perform well.

planned the strategy with my team members and prepared proper flow chart which helps to me
present in very attractive manner. There are ample numbers of way to present these because it
helps to essential to clear the view point of any person. In my team members each and every
individual present the presentation in very attractive manner as well as learnt the many things.
Communication skills-: When present presentation in front of audience so essential good
communication skills because present as own idea in own language. I have given lot of
presentation in my career as well as also given in my professional carrier. In my
organisation organised the seminar so I have given presentation with my team members
so used good communication skills. I have learnt communication skills with the help of
presentation skills because it helps to reduce my stage fear.

presentation challenges so must used these kinds of skill it helps to make more attractive
and in very concise manner (Halme, 2018).

strategy as well as decide budget plan and also decide the variable and fixed cost. On these
challenges I have used various skills such as business skill, communication skills, technical
skills, team work and time management which are mentioned below.

to how team work together and effectively achieved the organisational goal and objective of
company (KO, 2016). They are ample numbers of stages under these models which are
discussed follows and I have used all stages under all three challenges on that basis my team
members perform well.

perform their activities. I have used these strategies in all the three challenges with the help of

Specific-: I received low opportunity on my ability to use power point presentation at my
last performance so accordingly plan more practicing power point within six months.
Measurable-: My next objective is measurable in order to create presentation it includes
graphs, images and other media in couple of hours. I have effectively use and create templates in
power point.
Achievable-: With the help of this skill improving performance and moving forward in my
career and set my time on that basis easily enrol for online class which helps to me learn new
skills (Redmond, 2017).
Relevant-: Only working with power point 25% of my job and now move up so spend
50% of my time creating power points presentations.
Time bound-: Within six month, I want to learn these skills effectively and perform work in
effectively.
