INTRODUCTION
Reflection have been considered as the important aspects which have is particularly have the
relations when the situation of the individuals has occurred regarding the outdoor, adventure and
the environments or experimental activities significantly taking place (Ardian, Hariyati and
Afifah, 2019). As per the various researcher, it has been believed as their refection id required to
have taken their learning experiences. In this report, there will be taking place of the structure
reflections, assessing the prior knowledge and all the information which have been accomplished
after the activity. The report will be following of the Gibbs cycles in order to have sharing of the
feeling in term of experiences, the sharing the ideas and the communicating the values as well as
learning.
GIBBS REFLECTIVE CYCLE
The reflection has the clear way of requirements in the term of the application of knowledge
which have been gained by the individuals while performing any level of activities. The
reflecting application have the integrated level of activity which have to be commonly used as
outdoor and the environment educations incorporated and before having the significant visit.
On the other hand, the Gibbs reflective cycle is the theoretical model which have the
encouraging the people to have the thinking regarding the respective experiences which have the
encountered during the different situation, events and activity. This often people realizing the
own level of experiences have the needs to improve upon giving more level of attention.
This is the preferred model for the reflections which have the encouraging of their systematic
thinking regarding the experience and related activity in perfect manner (Wain, 2017). The
model has the comprising of the 6 significant stages description, feelings, evaluation, analysis,
conclusions and action plan.
Description
Have the outdoor activities is something an individual tends have the experience in the all time
of the life’s which every I have meant to have need to make the promising in significant manner.
there is the ultimate level of list of the different outdoor activities which tends to be more of
being the listing and outdoor recreations activities a hobby for the adults, teens, kid and family.
As the part of the university activities, we 5 friends were having the formation of the groups
regarding the being working as the team to be the part of the recreational activities in perfect
manner. As being the part of the teams, there is the one of the complications for new outdoor

recreational activities and hobbies to try that satisfy your current reasons for getting active
outdoors. I have google as all my e been there regarding the fun experience on there for the
most popular activities as I am have the aims of the stating the outdoor activities which will
helps me in the discovering there something different to have the doing in the recreation in the
perfect manner (Misch, 2018). So, we have plane to go for the outdoor activities choosing the
leader form the each team to the have the following the perfect guidance and take care of the
remaining member needs and requirements. This have created the sense of the more
responsibility over mee to have the proper handling the tea in the perfect manner. Before the
starting of the trip , the team were specifically assigned with the leaders and the supervise for the
trip is telling us the importance of the outdoor activities will be helps to us in there boosting the
mental health and the realising the tensions of the modern world (Liaquat, 2018) . The activities
are wide named as the repairing things, dancing, gardening, mountain biking, or learning any
new skills that requires moving your body in a specific way to interact with reality. There have
been exploring the huge range of the exciting outdoor activities and more level of adventure
sport list which have category 5 different category such as the realising ones which will be the
easy to have the improvement in the sense of wellbeing. On the other hand, fun outdoor activities
have they been the perfect to share all about the fun and friends. The adventures will be helpful
in providing the adventure and challenges tit e adrenaline buzzing for the personal
development. In addition to the extreme and team sport are the serious level of adrenalines and
completive management.
Feelings
As per the felling is been considered, I have feeling a little curious, a more of existed and the
aspect of overthink have been continuously affecting my mind in performing the as the team
leader. Doing to have the participation in the outdoor activities have been the dream of always
but handling the team was a greater level of responsibility to be over healed. As the team
member to have the following the different language and little understanding of English which
will be turning out the major challenge for me. On the other hand, the another one is the social
loafer who have not the interest in taking participation and more following to any instruction. In
addition, have the good communication skill but the linguistic barriers and time management will
be turning out to be major barrier in performing different activities (Gratton, and Gratton, 2020).

I have the clear level of feeling and the sense of responsibility regarding the management of the
by developing the excellent leadership skill in order to gain for funs experience with my team
member in the perfect manner. it not the first time in handling the team so I better know that’s I

introduced as the part of new sports and activities to be develops and have significant gaining of
popularity. On the part of evaluation of the personal basis before have the finding of oneself ,
you will be tending to observed in the outdoor activities which have the performance. I have
faced the level of barrier in the member of making the team perfect in handling the different
activities which is turning out to be difficult task (Markkanen, and et.al., 2020). I am trying to
have the proper synthesising the clear level of ideas regarding each chunk f information’s. This
information can be the potentials level of contribution over what actual our team is trying to
achieve along with proper identification of the issues and challenges. hence, I have realized there
for the effective leadership, team work is considered o the necessary elements which will make
the leadership successful. On the other hand on the basis of the personally \development aspects
it is successful in the purpose of the assisting the one o contributing there continuous personal
developers and helping to have the ensuring the personals to have the learning and the
improving the role as a leader.
Analysis
As the part of the analyse over performing the different activities I have felt that’s the team
member are tasking the undue advantage of the democratise behaviour which I am pursuing to
them. As we are facing the certain level of issue in the terms of the establishing the respective
communication as the English is not very common between use. I am trying to have the effective

communication way there more different approach it is possible. But due to this individual in
team is taking significant disadvantages and irresponsible behaviour which leader to have facing
the various issue in the completing the outdoor activities. I have realized that’s it is important for
the leader s to have the keep the accurate level of distances between me and my respective
associates in order to have the maintaining of formal relationships. In fact, interpersonal relations
should be rather intertwined into professional relations than substitute them that will lead to the
perception of a leader’s personal trait as superior to his or her leader’s trait. So I have inclined to
the have authoritarian leadership as I have to cope with my internal inclination in order to have
development of there more effective leadership style (Yeap, and et.al. 2016). In addition to that’s
I am realized that I am working in the quite stressful environments which is not supporting me to
have develop the democratise leadership and due to the certain people we are not able to have
the informed in the outdoor activities in the perfect manner. In fact, I have to cope with the
stressful factors in order to have the indicants avoidance of the conflict better the team members
as the conflict can be turned out as the serious threat to the leadership in the perfect manner.
Conclusions
As the parts of the I have resized in the 5 day trip was that’s the outdoor recreational activities
are the way which can be tiring out to be the suitable level of oppositionist in order to have the
develop there outdoor strength and over the weakness after being more level physically active,
creative, relaxing, having fun or being social. I have experienced more level of distress caused
among the team members and this made me to have be assertive to have change in the
development of skills to complement in facing the certain similar situation in the future. In the
5-day activity I have improved the time management about more to have conflict management
skill. I have the beloved that there is greater level of confidences in my term of the ability to have
the acing which will surely have reduction on he diffusion of responsivities and have the lowing t
have the more level of autonomous fission (Avery, Norton, and Tucker, 2018). This have he
feeling of curiosity threats along with beginning the sense of calmness and wellbeing which a
individual is seeking for. But the most important part in to have their finding the rich activity
which is suitable for personality (Enoksen, and Lynch, 2018) .I have understood that is more
level of emphasis on there establishing the strong level of working relationship between the team
member and the leaders in order to have the significant level of increase in the group
cohesiveness.

As the part of the action plan , I have analysis the level of improvement in developing the
different leadership style as to have the managing the individuals with the differ attitude and in
the different working environments in perfect manner. I will have the continuation in order to
term the reflective cycles by using the model which have been proposed by the Gibbs in the
perfect. I will have the continuous level of implication of there values and principles worth as the
experience interning out to be more difficult (Smith, 2016). I will have the roper level of
management in the improvement in the time management skills, the leadership of the
transformation and authorities leadership which will helps in dealing the different situation in the
perfected manner, there is need to have the greater level of there understandability as the
principle and values tends to have the change in term of changing in behaviours and respective
norms in percept manner. to have the prevention of the future events, it is important to have
there to have the reduction in the authority gradients and the reduction in the diffusion of
reasonability as much as possible. I have the clear level of aims in order toa always have the
value and following of the principles in order to e the effective leader.
