needed emergency treatment. In this situation, senior nursing staff was there. She was able to easily
manage this situation and not getting panick which is there in the critical situation. She had the
ability to handle the situation more easily and shows the leadership style through which she was able
to easily maintain the situation and provide emergency care for saving the life of patient. In this
condition, autocratic style was used in which senior nursing staff directory to what to do and what to
not. In this situation, she was able to easily manage the critical situation of place and pprovided a
better first aid treatment for saving the patient. This is the situation when autocratic style was used
for providing the illustration by the senior nursing staff to do whatever she was saying. This

As a student this is golden opportunity for me to understanding and evaluating the learning
approaches and also used to create the accountability for the teaching styles. In this, I used to
learn the standard operating procedures of the healthcare sector in visualising and analysing
the patient. Moreover, it is very important to make a diagnosis and treatment report in order
to know the patient's viability and the report history. As per this, the nursing staff and
assistant are used to provide me formation in order to learn and achieve the qualities which
is helpful and create me some teaching styles. In this, the teaching styles from the healthcare
sector is appropriate and provide me every single step which is necessary for me in learning
and creating the understanding regarding the various aspects of the health care. Moreover, it
is very device and sometime demise my moral ability but due to the appropriate learning and
self-motivating enhance my ability and mental balance (Stepanchenko and et. al., 2019). To
complete the task in appropriate way the experience and working in the healthcare sector is
very profitable and productive for me in order to gain some of the knowledge regarding the
clearing and making for happiness inside the healthcare sector. The patient is usually during
the number of problem and I have to manage five patients in the healthcare sector. So, this is
challenging for me and I gain experience which is based on the various factors such as I
used to learn about the management of the patient proper medication of the patient treatment
and diagnosis of the patient used to interpret the test reports and appropriate functions of the
different organs of the body and also, I used to manage the ethical consideration in that
particular workplace.
My personal experience while doing this job for taking this responsibility is provide me a
self-confidence and self-esteem as a student to manage all the activities of in healthcare

work as a professional to manage the activities and I play a very decent role and
responsibilities for that the personal development. In that which I filled is to manage and
holding the responsibilities for the long and providing accurate and appropriate healthcare

development is usually based on this which help me to understand the consequences and
complications and after that this help me to provide some of the decision-making power that
enables some of the activities such as, I experienced the quick decision-making property and

particular situation. So, this is my personal experience and professional experience regarding
with the healthcare sectors which I gained from my workplace is much helpful for my future

care 5 patient and in this I used to take proper care by providing medication and properties.

this the standard quality is given to the patient to overcome from that particular health
disease. In this, I used to do work with my effective and appropriate manner in order to
achieve the outcome which I used to set for my objective in order to this the practice is done
