Management and leadership is the key factor that plays a huge role In business also these
persons have the ability of leading a team effectively also it assist in managing other
departments of the company (Bavik, 2019.) . Also they are responsible for making an innovative
working with In the company. Leadership is the quality that is in the person who manages a
team of more than 4 persons also they understand the needs and wants to their team member
make them comfortable with the company and its operations. In this report will cover the
reflection on leadership and management and what quality individual have improved with the
help of these leadership theories.

Explains presented leadership and management skills using a wide scope of academic and
study models-
Theories of the leadership models and also assist in the managing the team in an effective
manner also I have develop many skills and abilities that makes me more valued in the company
and also I have improve various abilities or capability that makes me able to build a
relationship among the employees and members also they can feel working with in the team.
There are some theories that assist in making an effective ability. This theory assist me in
developing technical skills and management skills. It is crucial to note that specially in the early
skills the terms self leadership and self management were often utilize interlinking. I feel
confident regarding my abilities and how I need to deal with people with various personality
having very varied thinking and how I can come to a basic solution of any problem.
These improve skills are beneficial for me in future also I had improved my ability of
communicating with teams and assigning them the duties according to their skills and abilities.
I also have seen the that in this also there is needed the technical skills so that I can records the
details of them also I have develop the skills of learning advance technical skills that makes my
work more smart and advance. Transformational theory of leaders hardly actuated by their
