INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the leaning process for own-self which helps to gain better
knowledge from the experiences and develop effective thinking for future.
REFLECTIVE JOURNAL
I was assigned to develop a project with group which helped me to gain better
knowledge and increase my potential to think. In the beginning I was uncomfortable to
communicate with my group members as I had never worked in a group. I did not have
any knowledge how to manage all the team members to achieve ta common goal. From
this group presentation helped me to understand that it is very essential for me to have
effective group skills to maintain the quality of work. We have divided the work
according to the skills to reduce the workload and gain better insights (Waltz, 2019).
This also helped us to increase the shared value within the group effectively. Working in
a team also helped us to develop innovative skills and increase our experiences to
make effective decision and make secure higher grades in the presentation. While we
were working on the PowerPoint we analysed that it is very essential for us to have
information and communication technology skills to develop effectively presentation on
the respective topic.
Firstly we created a systematic team structure by assigning roles and
responsibilities t reduce disputes and inefficiency of the team. According to Markkanen
and et.al., (2020) team work is very essential part of achieve the objectives it helps to
develop better knowledge and improve the opportunity to become mote effective in
taking decision. This also help to increase the interpersonal skills to integrate with
thought process of team members effectively. We implemented practical test in which
we all participated to check our area of interest and potential as some members has
good research skills while I have effective communication skills to integrate the team as
one.
Secondly, we formulated the mission which matches with all out team members
to gain better efficiency in achieving our task effectively (Komives and Wagner, 2016). I
utilized my knowledge to find the ideal presentation structure with the help of some
digital tools this helped us to increase the potential of our presentation effectively. I had

performance of my team. I had to develop my time management skills by making plans
and schedules which helped me to divide my limited time to achieve my team work
effectively.
After setting the vision and mission of the team presentation I also have to
analyse the issue which my team members had and resolve them. I had to ensure that
every member who agreed on the objectives should also follow them without any issues
to make my team presentation more effective. I have to increase the perceived value of
my team member while performing the task which help to motivate them to make
effective presentation by achieving their assigned task effectively. This helped me to
formulate effective strategic planning according to available resources to improve the
quality of presentation.
After planning of the action we have to adopt some motivation theories which
would help us to be consistency or even increase our performance as a team. I had
used the tuckman team work theory which helped my team to become more effective in
gain the information and achieving the objectives effectively (Summers and et.al.,
2020). This also helped me to become more effective taking decision and improving my
efficiency to understand my team members problems and solve them. I also have to
decide which member is more effective in presenting skills after the completion of the
presentation. Which will helps tom increase the efficiency to deliver the message in the
audience and help to achieve our goals effectively. We have integrated some images
and clips which helped our to team to make audience motivated to watch the
presentation and increase their knowledge.
Finally, After the completion of our power point presentation we have to analyse
all the flaw before presenting it in front of audience. We also practised to increase out
speaking skills with effective hand and body gestures which help to indulge audience to
listen actively. At the end we had designed some questionnaire for the audience to
check the impact of presentation on the audience's knowledge.
