The significance of creating the vision and mission statement in mind is what draws the future path in a systematic and
meaningful manner. Considering the concept presented by Stephen Covey in his “7 habits of highlight effective people”
mentions the creation of one mental and one physical image of everything in life (Covey, 1991). The importance of
imagination is crucial in this regard since in every great personalities have visualised or created the mental image for the
things of their desire. The significance of visualising something prior to the development of it in a physical form is what
creates the process clear and brings better clarity to the individual(Covey, 1991). In case of the future leaders and the
entrepreneurs it is significant to develop and construct the clarified mental image for the purpose of reaching to the goal in
meaningful way. Moreover form the perspective of the leers, having a mental blueprint for the mission and vision in life is
what creates the path for empowerment of others. It is crucial create this blueprint in mind prior to the fulfilment and shaping
of the same and it can be successfully implemented by breaking the task or project in smaller versions and taking a proactive
role to make the desired thing happen in the desired ways.
