INTRODUCTION
Current environment is full of challenges. These challenges are related to performance of
number of function where an individual has to develop an appropriate understanding of skills and
functions which has to be perform for achieving business objectives (Conner and White, 2018) .
In relation to present report this will consider discussion on various aspects and helps in
achieving business objectives. This is discussion on choosing as a learner during this module
and management of future challenges and expectations of a university course.

A learner can be define as that individual who is performing its function in organisation
in order to seek information and use function in appropriate way. This is useful function which is
related to performer of function and using these function to achieve business objectives. In
relation to this module I also acted as learner where is use to learn about various aspects which
can be used to achieve business objectives and future carrier objectives. This is appropriate
system to use function and performing these function in order to developing skills (Mahoney III
and et. al., 2020) .
In my experience, I use to be there leaser of team in this module which helps me in
improving my skills related to leadership. Under this, I identified that there are number of
difficult which has to be overcome while performing responsibility as leader in team. This also
impacted on organisation and directly impacted on functioning of me. I use to lead individuals
with democratic leadership style as it helps me in motivating employee and using there
participation in management work in organization. I also use to talk about various function
which are essential for me in order to achieve future outcomes.
On more reason for choosing this module is that it is helpful to me in developing my
skills related to communication. Prior to joining this module my communication skill are not so
effective which are impacting on my performance in various task (Pascual-Ezama, Paredes and
de Liaño, 2018). Communication skills are important for future carrier and use by manager to
achieve business objectives and carrier objectives of individual. Managing communication is
important for organisation to achieve business objectives an using function in appropriate

identifying way. When I was performing this module I use to gather information which helps me
in various task an perform function in effective way. I developed my communication skills by
increasing my iterations with other individual and performing work in appropriate manner. I also
use to communicate with friends and colleges to improves this skill (Uljarević and et. A;., 2018).
This module is effective in gaining knowledge about various functions which are
performed under the functional structure of organisation. This enable me to develop my decision-
making skills. In context of these skill I use to identify my current situation where I gain
productivity and manage function in appropriate way. There are number of opportunities which
are in front of to chose business organisation and perform function according to it. This is helpful
in improving my skill by improving my decision-making in strong way. Third skills are related
to performance of organisation and leads to achieving objectives. This is effective function
which can be use to achieve business objectives. Under this I use take number of decision which
are related to perform of functions and achieving these objectives (Yzerbyt, and et. al., 2018).
This all helps me in developing function different sections on my skill sets so that I can
use these function in appropriate way. This also impact on my performance and use of these
function. This is use by manager in order to achieve business objective sand as well as my future
carrier. This is essential for me to use all these function and performing these function to manage
productivity.

This is an effective way to achieve better results and using this function in managing
functioning of organisation this is because it helps individual in management of function which
are related to future carrier. I also use different feather of this module which help I me in gaining
appropriate knowledges and inform in about my current performance on number of skills such as
employability, communication skill and many other. This is related to using these function and
managing support in firm to achieve better outcome.
Under this is also identified that there are some circumstance where learner has to face
some challenges regarding performance of function and using these function to achieve business
objectives. This module is also consist of number of challenges which related to current working
conditions. Under this, the prime challenges which are faced by organisation are changing global
requires, impact of technology and many other.

Here, I identified that changing global need is prime function which impacted in negative
way an will reduce functioning of individual while performing and graduation course.. this can
be seen that there is regular changes in working environment. This impact on organisation in
negative way. Under this manager has to use it function and achieve business objectives. Due to
changes there is reduction in profitably of firm. Under this module, I use to manage my functions
according to needs of glob business where is use to be flexible for changes business functions.
Impact of technology is also an factor which will impact on performance of this module in
context of organisation. This is because it impact of performance of firm where I use to improve
my technical know how for performing my function in relation to this module.
CONCLUSION
This can be concluded form the above mentioned information that there are number of
function which also to be perform by manager to achieve business objectives and using there
objectives to manage success in future carrier of learner. This is also essential to use functions
and promoting this to for better management.
