INTRODUCTION
Reflection report is piece of writing which summarise critical reflection on a subject. It is
frequently used in assessment towards practical subject. Therefore, it helps to provide
understanding and learning of individual with subject. Responses and experience with event and
opinion can be define which explore learning. It also develops opportunities to gain self
knowledge to accomplish positive results (Barton and Ryan, 2017). In the present report,
reflective report determines with Gibbs reflective model towards lecture programme.
Furthermore, it ascertains work together to take variety of team in effective manner. Reflection
provide mirror which reflected image from experience. It also assists to give evidence of the
particular character and quality of something. It is one of the important part of learning process
so that it helps to learn and make connection as well. Reflective writing is an analytical which
helps to writer to describe real and imaginary scene, interaction, event, etc. Personal reflection on
the meaning of item, incident, thought, emotion, feeling and situation.
Furthermore, regarding academic understanding it helps to examine experience and
explore changed, developed and grown from it. Personal reflection is response to stimulus to
develop opportunity which include fresh perspective. In this process, expressing tactics that
assists to understand and show desire for power. Present reflective study provide self-directed
learning which includes managing person itself and manage time with problems. Furthermore, it
includes improvement in work to get lectures and seminars. It influences group and team work
which taking different variety of roles as a team player. In group presentation, reading also
optimising which efficiently and finding way to maximise comprehension. As a result, it assists
to explain reading efficiently to find way around text. It develops integrity with using sources
and references in it. Writing skills also develop with integrity academic perspective.
REFLECTION REPORT
In order to consider reflective report, Gibbs reflective cycle which encourages
systematically for particular experience and activity. It includes following elements that show
reflection which is useful to make different phases:
Description: In this aspect, I had taken 55 weeks total. From October 8th it started and in
December 17th it has been completed. Therefore, it can be stated that firstly I understood
managing my self for solving problems according to time. In this regard, I understand about the

problems and manage time accordingly. Therefore, work will be improve through getting most
lectures and seminars. It assists to increase my own understanding and getting work in a group.
Furthermore, I learned about team work and gathering several members in a particular manner.
Getting most out of group in work helps to develop team work. In addition to this, team roles
have been played for valuing group work. Therefore, it helps to focus on getting most effective
work to deliver effective group and team presentation. I also understood that in group work I
enjoyed and learned several things as compare to isolated work. Group presentation helps me to
increase by confidence and boost effective performances in learning. Delivery of work and
getting feedback from team members helps me to optimise reading in positive consideration.
Finding way around the text develop strategic approach which summarising academic articles.
Moreover, I learned about criticism and evaluation. Hence, appropriate sources and references
required to learned integrity of academic structure. Moreover, structure shows that significant
outcomes will be accomplish with note making analysis and structure. With the help of academic
integrity, use of appropriate resources and ides can be used to put more ideas together in
particular frameworks. As a result, my own understanding and learning continuously develop to
compare and contrast group project. With the help of developing academic integrity, processes
develop successfully for development of ideas in effective manner. On the basis of
understanding, it can be stated that reflective writing towards my lecture programme increase
self-directed study (Dean, Little and Dunn, 2017). Therefore, work improvement needed to
getting successful ideas in group to take variety of team roles. Being a team player, it is essential
to deliver effective group presentation. Optimise reading in efficient manner helps to find way in
proper text. Hence, I understand strategic approaches to reading, critical understanding,
maximising comprehension and summarising academic articles. Analysis and structure towards
note making for criticism and evaluation develop academic integrity with using appropriate
source and reference. In order to understand and develop ideas, I had learned that proper and
effective functioning needed for analytical approach. Framework also assists to compare and
contrast essay for develop writing. With putting different ideas, processes successfully develop
to understand system and effectiveness of overall goals and objectives. In the present report
writing, new ideas will be communicate to learnt and distribute value of reflection with effective
tools (Barton and Ryan, 2017).

Feelings: In order to work in a group, it can be stated that feelings and thoughts for my
experience is better aspect. This is because, it contains understanding and learning of mine for
each other in a group. Therefore, I feel very energetic and think honestly to make sure that
academic piece of writing improve successfully. Furthermore, working is group also increase
understanding in positive perspective so that it would be helpful to includes sharing of ideas and
thoughts with each other. Instead of isolated work, group performances increases solution with
reflective writing. Situation can be resolved afterwords with each other. As a result, I can
manage my own performances in different sections. I am felt proud in order to work with
honestly. As a result, it assists me to perform several functions to work with different people.
Along with this, it is important to increase opportunities which compare experience and very
important at higher level which shows that theory and experience work together easily. In
addition to this, my feelings also bringing more goals and objectives to focus on positive
outcomes which ascertained improvement in different things (Baker, Tichovolsky and Arnold,
2015).
Evaluation: In order to evaluate present reflective report, it can be stated that I can
effectively manage myself with appropriate time and solve problems as well. Therefore, I can
also improve my own performances to getting most effective lectures and seminars as well. With
the help of working together I have good experience which is useful for my own team that
ascertained in variety of ways. Different team roles and being a team player, I need to focus on
group performances which helps to work together to deliver effective results. In addition to this,
delivery and feedback helps me to optimising and reading in efficient manner to find new way
with particular text. Team presentation assists to deliver feedback as per requirement to manage
issue and problems. Maximising comprehension and reading speed helps to summarise academic
articles that assists to find a way to make structure and develop appropriate sources. I have
evaluated that development of academic integrity can be done with using appropriate sources
with referencing as well. Process also develop to put ideas and work together to put ideas and
work together in analytical approach. Understanding and writing process assists to put ideas and
implement it together that shows effectiveness to attain more creative results and outcomes. In
this way. Understanding will be successfully accomplish to put several ideas in process. With the
help of evaluation, it can be stated that strategic approaches has been taken to maximise
comprehension and reading speed. Academic articles helps to put ideas which show

argumentative results in the process. Together it works for a team which helps to make good
place of work in effective manner (Roth, Ogrin and Schmitz, 2016). In the systematic
consideration, it can be stated that theory included to reflect in positive aspect that ascertained
and helped to analysis event. Opportunity also successfully develop to resolved issues and
problems. As a result, it important to compare experience with my understanding.
Analysis: From the present analysis, I have learned that manage myself is one of the
major task with solving issues and problems effectively. In this regard, improvement in work
also establish within the group and team which helps to take support in variety of teams and
roles. Being a successful team player, it is important to work together with several members. As
a result, I can deliver effective group performances to attain targets and goals. In order to deliver
significant advantages, I have taken optimising reading in efficient manner to find way around
text. As a result, it assists to focus on making note and academic integrity with source and
reference. Furthermore, develop writing also process and putting ideas that can be compare and
contrast essay (Yusuff, 2015). In a group project, it helps to understand and implement ideas for
development of writing. Understand writing process and ideas increase my learning that assists
to work together with reflection.
Conclusion: With this regard, it can be stated that in the present teaching programme, I
am able to manage myself with appropriate time and solving issues as well. Therefore, I will
easily communicate benefits to improve my work with seminars and lectures. In addition to this,
I also gain knowledge to work together with group presentation. It helps to increase my
understanding and effectiveness with delivery feedback and information (Delaney and Bates,
2015). In order to optimise reading, I can also communicate summarising development of
academic integrity. With using appropriate sources and references in respect to increase
efficiency. Moreover, appropriate development of structure also assists to develop writing
together to learn several things. I gain strategic approach for maximising comprehension and
summarising academic articles. As a result, communication power will be develop with integrity
and putting ideas as well.
Action plan: There are several things that must be improve for next time which assist to
learn group performances and provide effective training. Better equipped cope with similar
events advocate for effective action plan. Furthermore, I require increase my confidence level
that helps to attend better working with training. Hence, it will assist to communicate creative

ideas and opinion that ascertained significant advantages. Moreover, I have not effective writing
skills so that it is essential to increase my skills and understanding with using ideas to report
together. Framework and process helps to manage contract to put appropriate analysis with
effectiveness. On the basis of analytical perspective, it can be stated that new activities also
required to set in innovation and creativity. Learning also successfully develop to focus on
academic integrity. Within the lecture programme, I can easily improve my work to get more
effective team roles as a team player. As a result, getting most out from the group work easily
help me to maximise comprehension and reading to increase academic articles. Along with this, I
require models of reflection that effectively used to learnt and more useful for professional
development participation. Consequently, it increases my own understanding with course
evaluation and assessment preparation. Individual support will be ascertained to attain targets
and goals with useful information which target to attain positive information. In this regard, it
can be stated that work together and group presentation helps me to critically reading and attain
with structure for criticism and evaluation. Appropriate sources and understanding putting more
ideas that assists to accomplish goals (Matthews, Myers and Lee, 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that reflective report contain several
perspectives that assists to learn about new things and build ideas towards experience from work.
In a group performance, I am able to communicate several benefits which I learned to increase
my understanding and knowledge. With the help of putting new ideas I will easily learn how to
work in a group. It increases my performances which helps to deal with innovative ideas and
opinion to manage work. For creative writing skills, I can easily put own performances with
using reflective tools. Furthermore, it summarised with Gibbs model to create value with
assessment preparation. In this consideration, I am able to develop my writing skills that put
ideas and information to work with note making strategy. With the help of alternative ideas and
informations, I will set framework for argumentative essay.
