Reflective learning is known as the thinking of the student and this involves all the matter which
has learned, read, or done which Is related to the lessons and the matters which are related to the
own lives, and this is considered more than the dates, facts, and formulas. As there are many
advantages of reflective learning for the students as they become responsible for their learnings
and their personal growth and they also become metacognitive and aware of their internal
process of thinking this is a report based on reflection and its effective approaches to learning as
this report also involves the relative approach to the feedforward and feedback of the model for
the reflect and it also involves the approach which can improve and inform the summative and

Reflective learning usually allows the recalling of the live or lived experience which helps in
developing critical thinking skills and it also helps in improving the future actions of the
individual which can be analysed by the lived experience this reflective learning is known as the
exploration of the various experiences which bring attentiveness in the individuals and also make
them more aware about their actions in an effective way. As this kind of learning involves the
values, attitudes, fears, assumptions, and personal experience of an individual it also helps in
self-analysing the core learning of the student or individual(Kleist 2021). As reflective learning is
basically can be used in the new experiences and to complement new knowledge and this
experience can be applied in both work and study this learning also helps in the transformation of
the experiences for better future results and this can also help In the fulfilling the personal and
required goals of the organization. Reflection learning as an approach is the way to encourage
the deep thinking of an individual which is about their capabilities and their existed knowledge
that can be applied for better learning(Lees and Cooper 2021). These learnings have nor
challenged supported the individuals in the new learning and experience the same. This also
identifies various strengths of the individual which promotes their weaknesses to overcome them
effectively. As individuals learn by their actions and with a structured approach reflection
learning can be used in the professional and academic skills of an individual (Shabrov and
Nesterov 2020). As this approach works in many such ways it can help in promoting the
development of the students in a better-improvised way as reflection learning is important for
each student as the students who are in the organization, internship, student, or placement as
formal reflection approach take the times and revise the learned criteria and it also involved the
approaches which are learned by the working environment. As reflection learning is considered
as the approach as this motivated the students for their better learning and upcoming
development. As there are various models which can be applied to reflection thinking the most
important and effective model which is mostly used by the students and teachers are Kolb’s
Experiential learning cycle which is also based on many theories which can help in a better
understanding of the experience and this further involves in four stages that are concrete
experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active
experimentation(Stevens 2018). As this is a model which mainly starts with experience which can

individual and also expands the possibilities of solving the feedback in an effective manner and
problem should be particular about the information of feedback and the ways should be
authenticate and should impact in the lives of individual in an effective form and also redefines
the dynamic of the group which help in giving the high quality solution to the individual as in
Kolb’s experiential learning cycle it is important to get feedback for the feedforwarding in the
effective form by following the stages of the model and this can be done by concreating the
experience of the individual and then reflective the observation and feedforwarding the
development of the student effectively and then abstract all the understanding which is done by
and recognised by the feedback holder after that experimentation has been done for the better
evolvement of the cycle and can also get opportunity to the learner to get new and innovative
ideas regarding the same and can turn it into the practice which helps in the proper development
of the individual at long term basis(Churchard 2022).

student can write a journal for the better mind thought process and this can be done effectively
after each session which also effectively saves person’s time(Terry and Bates 2021). This also
helps In enhancing the innovation process in students which make them learn new things with a
positive experience and this can be done by teachers’ effective teaching techniques as this can
result in learning new and innovative thing through the feedback as this also helps in effectively
motivating the student as by the feedbacks they are desired to learn more new thing to make it
perfect and this can also make there learning more effective and motivate them to work harder
for reaching to the desired goal and objective of the organization(Russ Morley and Lonne 2018).
This also boosts the relationship between teachers and students as this also builds a positive
relationship which motivates the employees to ask anything without any hesitation and by this,
the improvement of the individual or student will be more reliable and effective and also has the
chance to learn more new and creative thing as a teacher has more experience which can give a
professional and life lessons more effectively which can result beneficial to the students for the
future success and improvement of the individual(Dexter Chiu and Sendir 2019). The feedback and
feedforwarding are also beneficial in solving the problems effectively and students can do their
summative and formative assessment more appropriately and with an understanding of each
lesson in an effective form. These ways are always considered beneficial for the students in
pursuing their assessment in a better and improvised form which also enhances the learning of
the students and make them achieve their personal and professional goal in effective terms and it
improves the performance of the student and boost their engagement in the class and helps in
developing the coping and critical thinking skills and helps in improving the overall performance
and bring effectiveness to their work(Zlokazov and Tagiltseva 2020).
