INTRODUCTION
Business management is the branch of education which tend to provide knowledge and training
pertaining to plan, supervise and execute the activities within business enterprise. Evaluation on
the effectiveness of learning within the module is done in this essay, with that analyses on the
improvisations which are being achieved during the module is also being evaluated within the
essay.

Reflection essay on learning within module
The modules have provided a way through which I am able to achieve an efficient level
of understanding about various factors and through which am able to identify the different ways
through which the knowledge can be implemented on ground zero (Huang and Lin, 2017). This
is an important aspect since I am able to analyse the different types of working then on that basis
it has allowed me an ability to improve my performance as an individual and has improved my
learning skills. Since, I am able to analyse my working capability, therefore the module has
motivated me to learn new skills and talents so that I am able to integrate them in my working
processes through which I am able to achieve a improved working capability. This necessary for
an individual like to integrate new skill in my working process because my course was business
management. Due to which it is necessary for me to implement creative changes in my working
process through which my professional performance can be improved. This happens because
organizations have to improvise their working condition as per changing market condition and
by improvising my performance I can ensure the company that I am able to implement changes
in my performance through which my performance can be improved.
Individuals like me have to establish high efforts through which we can ensure that we
are able to overcome the associated challenge and because of which it is necessary for me to
learn different ways for approaching the desired target. Through which it can ensure that I am
able to increase the probability of goal achievement by neglecting the ways through which
failure is being achieved. Therefore, the lessons which I have learned during module have
provided me appropriate guidance and direction through which the challenges can be surpassed
by using the experience during the learning phase of module.
I developed a direct contact with the university courses so that I am able to develop an
effective career in business management and due to which I tend to make several efforts do that I

am able to achieve an overall knowledge about the required knowledge (Li, 2017). Which is
required to perform the future business operation, therefore the during the module I was able to
identify my weak areas which I was not able to identify during the university course and because
of which I can focus my learning on the weak areas. This will not only improve my performance
in my academic career.
During my learning phase in the module I was able to identity the wear areas in my
knowledge base and because of which I intended to develop contact with the experts in that
specific segments. Due to this I was able to showcase the problems which I am having and this
sharing of information improved my communication skills. This efficient communication skill
can be used in business management because I have to showcase the organizational requirements
to the fellow workers and because of which I can use these skills for influencing them to
implementing the changes in their working process. Through this I can improve my performance
within the organizational team as well.
The improvised communication skill will provide high level of benefits in academic as
well as in professional context. This happens because in professional career I have to work
within the organizational team which are being developed to achieve a specific organizational
targets and therefore since my communication skill is improved. Thus, due to this I can ensure
that I am able to provide my thoughts and ideas in the organizational decision-making process by
which I can achieve an improved working condition. Through this approach I can make sure that
I able to improve my position within the company and also at the same time am able to achieve
higher organizational target.
The learning within the module has provided me an efficient working experience by
which I am able to self evaluate all the requirements for the completion of a task and thus can
develop working strategy through the use of several checkpoints. This is an effective way
through which I can ensure that my working process is going as per the requirements by which
the chances of goal achievement can be increased. This self evaluation and improvisation in
working process will improve my performance as an individual and thus this improvised
working will increase the probability for getting a raise or an promotion within my professional
career.
In the present time when the competition has increase drastically because of which it is
necessary for me that I am able to improve my problem solving skills and also at the same time

implement the learning outcome of various fields. Through this I can ensure that I am able to
improve the quality of outcome through the appropriate experience, thus for learning new kind of
experience it is very important for me that I tend to develop my skill in researching. This will
provide me high level of benefits in return but on the other hand I have to increase the practice
sessions and identify creative ways by which learning in different fields can be integrated as an
complete exercise. Therefore, the learning within the modules helped me in developing and this
skill of researching and evaluating the appropriate developed equation.
CONCLUSION
From the evaluation it can be concluded that individuals like me have to increase their level of
engagement with the modules through which it can ensure that it is able to learn different ways
through which the theoretical knowledge can be implemented on the ground level and by which
the chances of goal achievement can be increased.
