Management. It is necessary to have a reflective approach of learning that could provide

Due to covid-19 pandemic it has created a large impact on hospitality, travel as well as
leisure sector. It becomes difficult for hospitality business is to perform their business practices
well. It has been determined that effects of COVID-19 has spread across global world as well as
it has also impacted on hospitality and travel sector. It has evaluated that due to this pandemic
disease it has impacted sales and revenues of hotel sector. It has created a wide impact on hotel
sector in terms Some of impacts that are being faced by hospitality sector due to covid-19 with
reflection are as follows:
From this I am able to analyse that there are various impact on hospitality and leisure
sector which has been created due to COVID 19 through Gibbs reflection model that are as

leisure sector. It becomes difficult for hospitality business is to perform their business practices

it has also impacted on hospitality and travel sector. It has evaluated that due to this pandemic

leisure sector are drastically impacted by COVID-19. I am now able to understand about impact.
This concept has gave me idea about impact of disease which has affected business practice.
Feelings: As I was feeling very worthy that I got a chance to carry study on this topic. It
was my immense pleasure to carry analysis which could examine impact of coronavirus disease
on hotel sector.
Analysis: With this I am able to analyse that certain impact are that it becomes difficult
for hospitality sector and travel tourism to manage their payment towards suppliers (Gamlath,
2021). It has minimised all discretionary operational as well as capital expenditure that could
postpone maintenance and other capital expenses. I analysed that there are some of financial
impact also which has been created on hotel sector and it could create a barrier in working of
hotel practices.
Evaluation: From this reflection I have evaluation that there are positive or negative
experience of Covid19 situation which will be affected on hospitality industry as well as affected
cash flow and their profitability in business enterprise. There are also some financial impact that
are evaluated by me is that It becomes difficult for hospitality sector and travel and tourism to
highlight their funding needs along with assessing equity or debt funding measures. It leads to
ensuring apply for tax refunds along with other financial relief measures.
Conclusion: From this discussion I came on to conclusion that this situation down guest
confidence also because communication skills play a lead role to assure their staff environments
for different different hotels. Along with some of other impact that could be came into
conclusion that Covid-19 has affected every factor of human life in economically as well as
socially across global world. It could lead to trains from postponement of many social and
cultural events that are being planned with centres of learning on international borders. Due to
covid-19 it has impacted travel restrictions as well as social distancing policies that could effect
on hotel industry along with travel and tourism for customers (Punti and Dingel, 2021). It travel
and tourism and accommodation services due to lockdown which has been performed to control
