Reflective Account of Learning tend to describes and present the process where students
describe their learning, how it changed, and how it might relate to future learning experiences
(Sæbø & Midtsundstad, 2022). Thus, the reflective learning tends to supports and leads to
effective underdoing and creation of the knowledge based on the own learning experiences and
past activities. The current report comprises of reflection on the learning and development of
skills made during the studying and learning of introduction to business operation and
management module. Further, in current report the use of the Gibbs model of reflection is tend to
be made to support improved and systematic way of supporting and leading out reflection and
learning practises.

The current reflective learning tends to present and reflects about my learning and
experience that has bene during the first and second semester that comprise of a various topic

effective learning and underdoing about various function of the business operation comprises of

business operation has been made and learnt by me (Chatigny, 2022). Along with I also got an
improved opportunity to have better understanding and learning about various business
management decision and strategy formation about the supply chain, logistics, quality control
and other vital aspects of business management. Further, to have an improved and better
reflection about the learning and underdoing made on the topic of business operation and
management has been provided below along with the key findings and understanding gained
during the semester 1 and 2 with the help of the Gibbs reflective model. The use of Gibbs
reflective model has been made which was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to give structure
to learning from experiences. The six vital stages that are being covered within the Gibbs model
of reflection are presented below in context of the semester 1 and how it have used learning to
improve outcomes of learning in semester 2:

part of every business organisation as it tends to support and leads out the better budgeting and
controlling on the wastages of resources (Arghode, Lakshmanan & Nafukho, 2022). Apart from
this, during the study of the first semester I also develop a exultant and positive feeling regarding
the function of the HR that comprises of effectively managing the employees along with
supporting proper management and training of employees. Thus, current semester is effective in
presenting and reflecting about the key aspects of various function of business operation along
with effective managerial decision that creates an enthusiastic and positive feeling within me.
Evaluation- This stage and tend to focus and comprise of the evaluation of key situation
and experience faced while undertaking and leading an activity and module. During the current
project I tend to learn that the Operations strategy are tend to includes and co of the plan that is
being created and developed by the management team of an organization to ensure and lead out
an effective way of allocate funding to the business. Apart from this, I had also learnt about the
key concept of effective operation strategy which includes of the leading out and ensuring the
proper Designing and Positioning the Production System along with leading a more focus and
emphasising towards the Focusing Production/ Manufacturing and Service Facilities (Liu, 2022).

Conclusion- On the basis of current evaluation based on use of Gibbs model of reflection
I concluded that a set of effective skills is being required to support and lead out better business
operation and management. I had learnt and find out that effective communication and leadership
skill are required to ensure a better coordination and collaboration at workplace. Along with this
effective critical thinking as well as technical skill are also repaired to ensure better management
and operation of various skill along with effective budgeting and controlling business operation
and management.
