INTRODUCTION
Learning is very important for individual continuous growth and success in any field in
the future. Further, the present report will identify how and why I have able to develop better
learner after the completion of module. Lastly, detailed personal reflection on certain
expectations and future challenges faced in the university course will also be discussed in detail.
MAIN BODY.
Review on how I have developed as learner
Throughout the completion of whole semester I have been able to developed as good
learner as I have enhanced various skills and also I have been able to acquire competencies that
are essential for my personal growth and success. Also, I have analysed that knowledge and
experience regarding various things have completely changed and I have been able to improve
critical thinking skills in solving the most difficult problems in the best possible manner
(AlHouli and Al-Khayatt, 2020). Moreover, I have enhanced my reading skills as I have come
across various new terms and keywords that allowed me to understand the quality work in less
time. Furthermore, this module was very helpful for me as I my researching skills have been
improved to greater extent as I am able to collect data and information from those content that
are reliable and accurate in all forms. Also, initially I had the fear that I would not be able to
work in diverse teams as I have the fear of expressing my thoughts openly in front of others.
However, in the end of module I have realized that I was wrong because my team was
quite supportive and cooperative in making me feel comfortable to share my ideas in efficient
manner. Also, during the learning sessions I have analysed that my one weakness is that I have
poor listening skills because of which I sometimes had made wrong interpretations on the
informations that had been provided to me (Bracewell, 2020). Thus, this created a lot of
problems when some individual assignments were assigned to me as certain mistakes and silly
errors were committed. Although, this particular skills was improved at the end of module as I
have developed ability in writing down small information on piece of paper after the assessor
had stopped speaking. Hence, it allowed me to remember and notice everything accurately.
Moreover, during the learning module I have been able to write formal emails that are
essential for me while applying in any organization or further university course in the future.
Also, these skills was very useful in developing self motivation in myself so that there is less

group presentation that was also helpful for myself in improving the teamwork, leadership and
communication skills to grater extent. Thus, this module was very helpful for me in improving
and enhancing the existing skills and also view the problems as part of opportunities rather than
challenges so that positive outcomes might be achieved most of the times and as learn I would be
able to live more happy and stress free life (Villarreal and Martinez, 2018).
Reflection on approaching future challenges and expectation in university course
Challenges are defined as some new difficulties that requires greater amount of
determination and efforts from individual side in solving it (Attanasio and et.al., 2020).
Moreover, based on my personal reflection I have analysed some future challenges one of them
being change in the environment. Hence, when applying in any university course I have analysed
that there are chances of completely changed environment and not what is expected. Also, I have
identified that people are busy in the carrying out the routine work and least interested on other
daily works. However, it is expected that students would get similar environment like their
earlier living place where lot of friends and more time was left in carrying out recreational
activities. Moreover, another challenge I have observed is diversity among the students that
creates problems of communications and is generally expected that people would approach and
provide full guidance and supports in difficult situations. However, I have identified that when
the good approach is adopted through communicating small group of people in relation with
carrying out some tasks than there are higher chances that good friends might be developed
among the diversity.
Also, I have identified that planing and organizing certain things on time is also
challenged as most of the individuals are not able to carry out all the daily routine tasks on time
and often missed the given deadlines or skip certain lectures. Thus, this only hinders in the
process of individual growth and success in the long run (Alizamar and et.al., 2018). Moreover, I
have seen that there are expectations that there is enough time without proper planning but this is
not so as proper scheduling needs to be done so that all that task might be completed on the
given time. Also, I have observed that while applying to university course there might be
challenge of poor health as all the time is involved in attending various lecture classes and hence
very less time is left for giving importance on self acre. However, my expectations was that
