INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and Creativity is very important for any of the individual as it helps to take
some of the important decision at a crucial stage of a life. It helps to determine that what is right
and what is wrong. In context of the file, this file will help to enhance the skills of an individual
which play the crucial role at the time of higher education (Tang and Ye, 2015). The main
motive of this file is to ensure about how and why to develop the students where each and every
process of learning will be explained in it. Some of the topics which we will be able to learn
from this presentation will be related to referencing, citation, swot analysis, data interpretation
and many more.
MAIN BODY
How and why you have developed as a learner during this module
This is one of the model which can help in many ways that how I need to take any of the
business decision as I will be able to find out the problem I have and what are the problems
which is needed to be solved. Firstly, this model guided me to find out the strength and
weaknesses which I have and how that can be deal as per the raised situation. The major strength
that I have is related with reading books. I am capable of reading different books which helps to
deal with many of the situation because reading different books enhances the capabilities of
taking the decisions. On the other hand, the major weakness that I have is related with IT skills
as I am unable to tackle with any of the problem which have a direct relation with IT sector and
another one is communication skills in which I am not good at all.
In this model, it was necessary for me to have different knowledge and skills so that I can
take number of decision of own. In order to over come the problems, I will firstly like to prepare
the personal development plan which will guide what is my current performance and up to what
stage I am willing to reach. For the purpose of improving IT skills, it is necessary for me to
understand that I will required to attain various classes which can help me out to learn different
topics which are related with IT department (Sánchez-Moral, Bontje and Musterd, 2018). IT
skills is the most important because it can help to complete any of the work within short period
of time without creating any of the problem for public. Secondly, it is necessary to understand
about communication skills as it will me in many ways. Communication skills will help me to

boost my confidence through which I can easily tackle with the customers who develops the
connection within my company.
Further reflections on how to approach future challenges and expectations of a university course
It is one of the module which is of my choice as it will be the one which can help me out
to develop my skills and talent so that I can explore myself in front of other. In the starting
phase, it was very difficult for me to understand that what is needed to be done and what should
not be done because I was facing the problem in doing effective communication with other
people. It is important to understand for me that if I will be able to complete this respective
module within this year then I will be able to perform my task in more specific manner where I
will be able to find that what are those decisions which can help me and what are those things
which can create unnecessary issues for me. By looking at all of this I will be able to decide that
how I can able to attain my goals by enhancing my knowledge in the filed of this module.
There are number of challenges which come across me while reading this respective
module because I am not used to in the field of communication because I always like to keep
distance with other people but as per the requirement of Business and Management it is
necessary that person should have well communication skills (Spencer, 2015). Secondly, at the
time of developing my IT Skills I found that it was not easy for me to learn the complete new
concept and it is one of the reason that I took lot of additional time period to learn about each and
every thing in detail.
The expectation when I was going to university for my further study is that I will get the
chances to learn number of new things which can help me in my future period of time. Secondly,
the expectation which I had set while going within the university is that I will get the chances to
enhance my skills as university provide the number of opportunity where live situations are
being created which allow to take some of those decisions in life which directly help in
accomplishing the personal milestones. In addition, my expectation was to improve the skills
related to time management, research, citing references and many more. In short, I will look that
how I can improve all of the skills which can be beneficial for me in taking any of the decision
for attaining the goals of future.

CONCLUSION
From the above file, it can be easily concluded that knowledge and creativity is one of the
most important thing for any of the individual because it helps to take any of the correct decision
for attaining personal milestones. Secondly, there are number of challenges which person have to
face during their life span but that respective problem can be easily solved if an individual
focuses on the topics by giving their extra time period on that respective topic.
