other person in varied terms and in several contexts. It helps individuals to assess their exact
situation, and figure out how to improve their learning procedure appropriately. Along with
above advantages, reflective learning enable a person to take pleasure of other benefits as well in
bulk, which help in their career growth. The current assignment will explain the significance of
reflective learning. The aim of this study is to define how a reflective technique to feedback &
feed-forward can improve & inform further summative and formative assessed work.
Furthermore, the report will cover information about Gibbs reflective cycle that utilized by a
reflector to make a reflective statement based on personal experience or learning.
In the world, there are different types of approaches and techniques accessible and used
by the individual person according to their presences, for purpose of making a proper reflection.
It is a kind of initiative that they take to highlight the strengths that they may have and

than last few years or months which is important for their continuous career success and

person to set new aims that they will also achieve further. Feedback and feed-forward are the two
most effective approaches that use in the context of improvement of each assessment. It refers to
capability to make someone able to become a key in on source of success in their life. These two
methods play vital role in regard to career success as each method may drive the attention and
concentration of individuals toward developing those terms and understanding about concepts
that they apply to make formative and summative assessment better than other students who are

On the basis of above discussion, it has been identified that reflective approach and
learning had provided several benefits to a learner and reflector. They had achieved their
strategic aims and objectives, in effective manner by applying different techniques and
approaches, which is important for them to do that. By using Gibbs reflective cycle, individuals
had reflected the experience that they have feel while taking initiative to specific activity or
project. Furthermore, from above analysis, it has been determined that feedback and feed-
forward approaches contributed to improve formative assessment work along with summative,
that aid to reach desire outcomes. The opinions and suggestions obtained by tutor enabled
students to improve areas where they feel weaker and also provide chance to collect information
about useful things that they consider strategically and effectively. Learners had improved their
performance by taking feedback from experience holders, who are able to teach new lessons to
them.
