INTRODUCTION
The report will describe the importance of various learning modules which helps to set
the career goals and contribute success in the future. In this report, learning modules will be
explained with the future implementations and smart objective which leads towards the success.
Reflective learning and use of formative feedback will be elaborated in this study. In addition,
University learning and benefits of formative feedback with SWOT analysis will be examined.

learning experience. In this international and complex form of education makes learning process
more conscious (Kulasegaram, K. and Rangachari, P. K., 2018). It makes student an active
learner and critical thinker as reflective learner are being asked questions in the class. Students
become more attentive during studies as they also equally participate and in case of making
mistakes, they get corrected at very first place so that they can learn from their mistakes.
Future implementation of studies through this module develop greater self awareness in
the students, it provides open discussion to clarify the expectation and assumption which learner
perceive reflection upon. This study minimizes likely potential mismatch because of group
discussion as student engage in regular reflection entails. It encourages student towards self-
analysis and depth of reflection the individual which anticipated with the benefits of beyond
leanings. With the guidance of this method students experience openness which make them
fragile for their future decision-making and accepting change. Student learn alternative patways
of thoughts and feelings as reflective process take account of individual preferences and
