INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is the aspects which manages all the work and the assignment which
is being done by the students and also evaluated by their teacher for analysing their personal
learning behaviour and their certain strength and weakness that are indulged in their nature (Roy,
Gavrila and Sercia, 2021). This is majorly a method in which all the unconscious events can be
managed and gives an idea for managing with the issues and the knowledge related to their
certain problem solving and the certain action which is being carried out. It majorly employees to
help the students in their academic learning by proving the all the different working pattern and
the feedbacks related to the certain issues and the future assessments. In order to have the
effective evaluation and the working, this has been said that there are various aspects which is
contribute to gain the knowledge and the concise areas. This essay will cover the reflective
approach with the method which can leads to improve the formative and summative assessments.
TASK
GIBBS Reflective cycle is the significant tool which helps in analysing the experience of
learning by managing and analysing all the working issues which is faced during the task. It is
the aspects which is related to the major consideration of the business. I am the graduation
students and learned the certain aspects related to the formative and summative assignments as
my main consideration is to have the in depth knowledge for the certain courses by which I can
enhance by knowledge and skills. During my learning, I have realise that there is very significant
information which must be posses my me along with their positive experience. Earlier, I was not
having any knowledge of such module and by joining such learning class helps me to evaluate
the work and manage them properly. By attending this, I have grab some of the module in which
I have got the certain aspects which is leading to the growth and I have experience that I am
having no knowledge about the effective learning and with the help of such managerial activities
in this module for my future approach, I can grab many skills in positive approach by which I
can rightly work in the right direction so that I can have the better approach by which makes me
feel more confident and motivated for my future career so that I can rightly work in the right
direction. Through all the learning module, I have analysed that this will helps me in my future
growth and now I am more adaptive and diversified with my thinking abilities in order to
perform better in the given field. This make me make me more confident about my future

formative and summative projects. Hence, with this module and the course, I have gained so
much of knowledge about the assessment and also I can adapt the change while could leads to
manage all the work in a well-defined manner. This is the main consideration of mine by which I
am having the by which I can perform better in my career growth.
During the joining of this course, I came to understand that while gaining and learning
from this module my superiors, senior and all the top level heads give me the major feedbacks
about all the work and the assignment which I can use to do that means all the formative and
summative assignment and realised that the this would help me in taking the knowledge with the
general feedbacks and the feed forward. With the help of GIBBS Model, I have done my self
assessment so that I can be perfect in my working so that this could leads to have better approach
in my learning. It plays an significant role in making my with more improvement so that I can
have the idea about my working in order to work for my general ideas of my working. My
Seniors also giving me the feedback by which I can analyse the situation in order to work
effectiveness in the given career path. I can able to manage the certain collaborative approach
which also provide me the areas in which I need improvement and have to look after for learning
certain approaches. My senior also providing my the access of the working methods so that I can
grab them for my better working in order to have the better approach in my learning. But at the
same time I am loosing my confidence and motivation by getting regular feedbacks so that I can
rightly work in the different working areas. But my seniors helps me to find out the certain
approaches and leads to know about the strength and motivated to work in the proper manner.
This feed-forwards that means instead of judging the person which focuses on enhancing the the
past performance and to get the growth from the overall consideration which is leading to the
betterment of mine in my learning and attain formative and summative assignments have
continuous learning. I have realised that feed forward were the main aspects in the academics as
my seniors after giving the feedbacks helps me in managing the general ideas through which I
can make changes in my working and also leads to be expertise my skills ans the certain issues
with more positive aspects. This can be said that these are methods in which all the methods of
my can be implied in the change I the working of mine and I have learned the action plan in m
academic learning and the GIBBS model also helps me in analysing the certain skills and the
approaches.

the growth of the business. On other hand, all the feed forward helps in having the major
consideration which is also provides the method by which students can overcome the certain
challenges faced during the assessments. These are the tactics through which they can have the
outgrow and build their career in appropriate manner. All the summative and formative
assignment helps in maintaining the work in proper manner. This also leads to have the
feedbacks make them to gain the self awareness and give the confidence to the students in order
to work in an accurate and appropriate manner.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that reflective learning is the signifiant approach by
which students can gain certain learning methods which can leads to enhance their work by
effective evaluation of their strength, weakness through self assessments. GIBBS model helps in
knowing the certain methods by which all the reflection and the personal experience of the
individual can be explained. Moreover, It also helps by giving the feedbacks and feed-forwards
are the important techniques that is being used by the seniors in order to know the positive and
negative approach of the individual and they also analyse their future growth as well. Seniors has
given me the feedbacks and the positive ad negative approach of mine so that I can change them
in order to move for attaining the desired goals. This also access the certain working aspects by
which I can attains and maintain the overall working and also ensuring their growth by attaining
their future goals.
