Reflective learning.
The learning experience gave me the chance to find out skills required for future career.
Now I see pattern and themes in work I am performing and how things have fit together. The
work I started doing after learning is actually makes sense. The possibility of success have new
direction all along. Once, I have to give the presentation in front of big audience which made me
quite nervous, I know what is there in my project, I have studied well, but learning did now make
me a confident person. I went to stage, start the presentation and complete it. But it was full of
nervousness. My way of communicating information has some basis facts which I realized is not
the audience want to listen. They want something new. It makes me in search of more
information about topic and what the audience has perspective when they hear about a topic.
This learning has made me think in broader perspective. It made me think in creative manner for
achieving the objective. This has also developed my interactions skills with random people and
develop a multitasker quality by managing many aspects in particular time period. It all teach me
that I should think of all other aspects that can affect my project. Next time I was more sure of
knowledge and perspective of audience when they listen to old memories of their period in
classroom. I was given the duty present the journey and moments of seniors in a film manner.
Learning sometime makes me angry and violent when I get failed in performing any task. From
the experience and learning I have started to think in broader manner and started practising on
how to become a good leader and be a team player.
Formative Feedback
Feedback is an essential part of learning process irrespective of what subject we are
working. The focus of formative feedback is to monitor student's learning that can be used by
instructors to improve their teaching and students will improve their learning. People have in
mind to always improve their about their performance during their work in exams at school or
university, or even have the fear what will be their result of their assessment. Feedbacks in
higher education gives two types of learning. One for students in terms of identifying their
strength and weakness and target those areas they have to work. Secondly to professors by telling
struggling of students that they cannot tell personally but feedback can show it easily. One learn
from outside the classroom more from inside and gives the opportunity to improve. This will
help other students in learning true picture of higher eduction in reality. After taking feedback, if

education to different place the there are no set time for study, meal or sleep. It makes one more
responsible and multitasker towards achieving the objectives. Following are skills that should be
developed to be successful in college:
Time Management:
One has to prepare a schedule consist of sleep, meal, study and other activities to keep
balance to achieve the individual goal successfully (Wolters and Brady, 2020).
Stress Management:
There are many situations that comes in life where are stress increases and situation can
go out of the hand. One has to improve the self care to decrease the stressors in life ( Morgan,
2017).
Money Management:
One has to learn to make budgets to sustain in college. This will give the experience of
independently handing of money, and becoming responsible about decisions-making regarding
the spending and saving (Montalto and et.al., 2019).
Future implications:
Time management skills: This skill will be helpful in future to manage the time
within the workplace as well as it will create a balance between the work life and
personal life (Aeon and Aguinis, 2017).

I have bad habit of not noting down the notes properly, this causes the loss of data and
also after a while when I need them I need to re read whole topic. I am not multi-tasking and I
can only focus on one task at one time which some times leads to undone or partially completed
work. I also lag in managing the time this causes me to take my health for granted tends to bad
health.
Opportunities:
For developing the habit of preparing notes, I will join some workshops so I will be
writing down the notes. For developing the multi tasking skills, I will join the program
organizing committee that will help me do more tasks at one time. Organizing programs in
university level will also help me to learn time management and for adding time management

I feel it threat as if the job opportunities in my field will decrease. The market is ever
changing I have knowledge about my field and if I have to change my field. The uncertainties
always scares me. The lack of growth in my chosen field also one of a threat for me. The ever
increasing competition always scares me if I will be able to get good job.
